This epic ad campaign imagines a world where men get periods
Men have it easy, don't they?
Okay, they can't hide their hangover with make-up or add three inches to their leg length with heels, but they also get to miss out on the sheer injustice of monthly cramps and bloating.
If men actually did get a period every month, we reckon the world would be a very different place indeed. WaterAid have imagined what life might be like if men were blessed with a menstrual cycle, and the results are hilarious.
From tampon ads…
…To office banter.
The ads, which have gone viral after just two days, are part of WaterAid's new campaign highlighting the fact that 1.25 billion women around the world don't have access to a toilet during their period.
A huge 70% of women believe that there is a stigma surrounding periods, according to research conducted by WaterAid. Meanwhile, half of respondents felt that governments, schools and health professionals should do more to combat period stigma
