We all like to watch an exciting magic trick on television every once in a while (hands up Derren Brown lovers?!) but TV viewers were left horrified when a magician's stunt went very wrong.

While appearing on a morning show in Poland, a magic trick took an awful turn when the magician accidentally pierced the hand of the presenter he was performing on.

The stomach-turning video shows Question For Breakfast host Marzena Rogalska, 46, holding her hand over a paper bag waiting to perform a stunt prepared by the Poland's Got Talent semi-finalist.

But when the reality star asks Marzena to drop her hand, she screams in agony as a nail pierces through it.

The host then drops to the floor and is rushed off camera to receive medical treatment.

The Sun reports that she was then taken to hospital where her injury was discovered to be superficial and she was given a tetanus shot.
Marzena later wrote to her fans on Facebook, saying: "Thank you for your support. I'm alive. Everything will be fine."

Vincent Browne has been a TV staple for the people of Ireland for many years now, and most of the time he acts in a very professional manner on his TV show Tonight With Vincent Browne.

Except last night, when he made a big boo-boo and swore on LIVE TV.

He was in the middle of a very heated discussion about Irish Water, and let's just say he got a little too carried away with his argument.

“And the fella who made the real cock up is given promotion to the European commission. It’s f***ing ama… sorry, it’s amazing.”

Of course, everyone watching the show couldn't handle it and took to Twitter cheer him on:

He swiftly apologised after the mishap, telling his guest Phil Hogan, “I’m sorry, I’ve been off for a few weeks so…”

Ah, Vinny. You're a superstar.

To celebrate the leap year tradition of women proposing to men, one woman took a very gutsy approach and decided to do it on live TV.

A woman named Helen appeared on This Morning, ready to pop the question to her butcher boyfriend Mark.

As she made her way into his place of work, the cameras pan over to Holly and Phillip, who look quite nervous.

Obviously surprised to see his girlfriend with a big film crew, Mark looked a little perplexed before the whole event went down.

Helen started off joking about sausages before saying: "I want to ask you a serious question, I've come to ask, will you marry me?"

And THIS is where we start to get really nervous. Like, really, really nervous.

First, he doesn't really answer, then he mumbles something about "need to think about it" before he eventually says, "of course I will." PHEW.

The reaction from Holly and Phillp is the best ever, though.
