Huge congratulations are in order for David Gandy and his partner Stephanie Mendoros. The couple has welcomed their first child together.
The new parents are said to be over the moon by the arrival of their daughter. David revealed their little girl was born last week in a heartwarming Instagram shot of him cuddling their daughter.
David and Stephanie opted for a classic name for their daughter. He confirmed they called her Matilda, which means strength in battle.
He wrote: "Daddy, Dora and new addition Matilda out for our first dog walk together this morning.”
“Baby Matilda was born last week, both mother and baby doing incredibly well. The only worrying thing is I'm now totally outnumbered by females in my house,” he joked.
Fans were quick to congratulate David on the arrival of his daughter.
“Happy to see you happy. Welcome to the newborn baby. Kisses to your new family,” one wrote.
Another said: “Best wishes to all. Have a wonderful holiday season with your new family.”
“What a beautiful way to be outnumbered. All the best for your family,” said another.
Another commented: “I can only imagine the joy and pure bliss your heart feels. I’m confident you are ready for daddy duties.
We are over the moon for David and Stephanie. Talk about the greatest early Christmas gift ever.
It seems that the highest earning male model in the world has recently moved from modelling to charity work: he has joined forces with Absolutely Fabulous star Joanna Lumley to help retail giant Marks & Spencer complete 24 community projects in just 24 hours.
The event was held to mark the launch of M&S's new Spark Something Good campaign. The catwalk king, who has also modelled for M&S for years and has even designed his own range for them, donated his time to help transform lives at Maria Fidelis School in London's Camden.
Showcasing his toned biceps in a tight fitted t-shirt, David, 35, gave a helping hand to refurbish and transform disused classrooms at the school. These improvements will then in turn allow the organisation to deal with its highest ever intake of children with learning disabilities.
The school is in partnership with the charity Achievement For All which David has just become an ambassador for.
Speaking about supporting the M&S campaign, the Essex native said: "I'm supporting M&S Spark Something Good initiative to help them encourage and empower people across the country to pick up a shovel, paint brush and take action for social good."
He also commented on how he loved creating a "calming and inspiring place for the students to be the best they can be". Awww…
David is currently dating The Saturday's stunner Mollie King, 28. And all we can say is that she is certainly one lucky lady!
Move over Sophia Vergara and Joe Manganiello – there’s a new hot couple in town!
The Saturdays’ Mollie King and model David Gandy were spotted holding hands in London yesterday, confirming the rumours that they have rekindled their relationship.
Mollie and David’s on-off relationship dates back as far as 2011 when they dated for ten months before splitting.
The couple were spotted on what seemed like a date during the summer, but at the time Mollie was thought to be in a relationship with Jordan Omley, who it has now emerged she had split with earlier this year.
David wasn't there for the #habs (husbands and boyfriends) surprise during The Saturdays' tour, so perhaps their rekindled romance is newer that we think!
We're slightly heartbroken that the beautiful David is off the market but if it has to be with anyone, Mollie is perfect!
It looks as if things may be back on for former hot couple Mollie King and David Gandy.
The Saturdays’ singer and her former model beau were seen out and about in West London where sources say they looked very close indeed: “They were holding hands and trying to look inconspicuous.”
No such luck, as the pair were spotted and now rumours are rife that they are together again!
Mollie and the gorgeous David dated back in 2011 before calling an end to their relationship in early 2012.
We seriously hope these two reunite, can you imagine the beautiful children?!
