Khloe Kardashian has had a pretty amazing body transformation in the past year as she has displayed in many sizzling photoshoots this year.
The Kardashian star told Beauty magazine that her true secret to weight loss was actually very simple.
"I'm obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference."
"In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind."
Eliminating dairy?! Apparently it was THAT simple.
Khloe does admit that she is a keen gym bunny as well so we figure that would help.
"Working out does so much for me emotionally, but it also makes my skin look better-everything looks better."
Oh and having millions to spare on personal trainers, chefs, waist trainers and gym gear also probably helps.
Khloe famously named her new fitter figure her "revenge body" referring to her break up with Lamar Odom.
