According to Slashfilmthe movie will be a sequel to the beloved series, picking up where the dramatic finale left off.

The film will be written and produced by the original series creator Vince Gilligan, guaranteeing a continuation of the quality script we fell in love with.

The New Mexico Film Office issued a press release about a movie called Greenbrier, which is said to be the Breaking Bad film, according to The Albuquerque Journal.

The release vaguely describes the film, saying it “tracks the escape of a kidnapped man and his quest for freedom”.

The drama had its finale in 2013 and has gathered a massive fan-base since.

We're all basically hoping that Better Call Saul just turns into Breaking Bad.

As great as Saul Goodman is, there's a Walter White-shaped hole in our hearts that will never, ever be filled.

And the TV show really got us going today, thinking that Mr White was making a comeback.

AMC released a behind the scenes video earlier to promote season 3 of Better Call Saul, and who popped up in it? Yep, Bryan Cranston.

Many publications teased his comeback, but sadly the Malcolm in the Middle alum was just visiting the set while on a book tour.

However, Bryan will play a geriatric patient which he joked will be difficult to spot in the upcoming season.

As you probably know were big fans of Bryan Cranston here in Shemazing! HQ, and we basically love everything he does.

Whether it's a TV show, a movie or even leaving little notes in airports for his fans, it's seems like he can do no wrong.

And wait until you listen to him reading Shout Out To My Ex, Walter White shtyle.

Bryan was being interviewed by BBC Radio One during the week and they asked him to read out the lyrics to the Little Mix hit.

We have to say, he totally killed it. And of course, his fans loved it too:

Breaking Bad fans will be delighted to hear that Aaron Paul, who played Jesse Pinkman in the hit US show, is not ready to say goodbye to his character just yet.

According to E! News, Aaron is set to appear in the spin off show Better Call Saul. While it has not been confirmed, the 34-year-old is reportedly in “serious talks” about revisiting the role of Jesse.

Speaking to AP, The Need for Speed star said: “Anything Vince [Gilligan] is involved with, I’m there.” He added: “I owe him my entire career.”

Better Call Saul is based on the character of dodgy lawyer Saul Goodman, played by Bob Odenkirk, and is to be set years before Walter White and Jesse meet.

Other former Breaking Bad stars have said they would be willing to take part in it; unfortunately, Hank Schrader played by Dean Norris won’t be appearing. Bryan Cranston on the other hand has said he is “open to the idea”.

This is definitely the best news we have heard all morning.
