Louise McSharry has revealed that she will return to RTE 2FM with a brand new show this September, and we're over the moon for the radio star.

While she was keeping very tight-lipped about her new gig, the popular DJ hinted that she will be moving away from the evening slot lifestyle.

The 2FM host, who is off on maternity leave, told the Irish Daily Mirror: “I am going back in September to do a new show.

“I can’t really say too much more about it yet but I am really excited about it. It won’t be in the evening.”

It was recently announced that her friend Tara Stewart would be permanently taking over her regular weekday music show from 7pm until 10pm, as part of the new summer schedule for the radios station.

Louise conceded that she initially felt extremely protective over the slot, Louise is convinced that Tara is the best gal for the job.

“A million percent, Tara is exactly the right person, she has her finger on the pulse when it comes to music and everything else," she explained.

“And you need someone, if you are doing a new music show, that it is not an effort for them, where they are naturally clued in and she is 100 percent that person.”

The mum-of-two is adjusting to family life with one-month-old Ted and two-year-old Sam, and hasn't even had time to listen to the new schedule;

“Not really, I’ve heard a teeny tiny bit of it and I just haven’t been listening to the radio at all at the minute."

She expressed her excitement for Tara's radio career taking off;

“But I am so excited and Tara is starting her show and I am super excited about that, myself and Tara are great friends and obviously I feel protective over that slot because I was in it for five years but I couldn’t be happier for someone to take it over.”

Louise's husband Gordon Spierin has been helping out at home since Ted was born.

"My husband got the two weeks paternity leave and then he is taking two weeks annual leave as well so to be honest it has been amazing to have him and it has made the whole thing so much easier."

She pressed the need for equality in the home after the birth of a child;

“I know the statutory paternity leave is increasing to four weeks soon and I am just like the sooner that happens the better and the more that happens the better because it just means we have much more equal roles in everything in the house, and with the kids and everything.

“And it is a great comfort to me and puts much less pressure on me to kind of get everything together quickly."

We can't wait to hear her brand new show this September, you go girl.

We all know that North West, the oldest child of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, is bound for stardom.

Between her penchant for a killer makeup look and her enthusiasm for singing in the family's Sunday Service choir, North is one talented little girl.

Now, the 5-year-old fashion icon is lending her hand to a cinematographic endeavour – directing her own music video.

Kim took to Instagram to share a video shot by North, showcasing what they have been up to while on maternity leave.

'What we do on maternity leave…. Directed and Choreographed by North,' she captioned the post. The video shows Kim playing a ukulele along to the tune of the currently popular song Old Town Road by Lil Nas and Billy Ray Cyrus.

In the video, Kim is wearing a pair of very comfy looking pyjamas and a cow boy hat.

North used her creativity to direct her mum in the video, before appearing in it herself. North wore what appears to be a costume of Jessie from the popular Disney movie, Toy Story 2.

The five-year-old showcased her amazing dancing skills, and strutted her stuff for the camera while posing with the ukulele, and added a series of video effects over the footage.

Kim and Kanye welcomed a new addition to the family last Friday.

The baby boy, who has yet to be named, arrived via surrogate.

Taking to Twitter last week, Kim tweeted: 'He's here and he's perfect.'

The new mum-of-four also revealed that the new arrival looks identical to his big sister Chicago, saying:

'He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her.'

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star made the announcement in January that she and husband Kanye West were going to have another baby.

There has been no word yet on a name for the new baby, however, Kim previously revealed that she may opt for a family name for the new arrival.

Kim opened up about one of her potential names during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel.

She told the comedian and host that she was considering naming the baby after one of her siblings.

She spilled that she could name her son after her brother Robert Kardashian. Robert is a family name, as her father also carried the moniker before passing it down to Kim's brother Rob.

'I was truthfully thinking about naming him Rob, my brother, Rob, but then it's like North, Saint, Chicago, Rob. It doesn't really go, but I really was feeling that or like Robert, and my brother approved it,' she said at the time.
