It's the kind of love you don't expect to last in the hills of Hollywood – and yet, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are defying all the odds.

Their love gives us hope as their relationship has just grown from strength to strength.

Chrissy was honoured at the Glamour magazine’s women of the year awards, and John took to the stage to express how proud he is of her – and it was just perfect.

We need a man like John to gush over us and make a special night, that little bit extra amazing – Chrissy is a lucky lady.

Starting with some spicy humour, John introduced himself as a “trophy husband.”

But he quickly turned his attention to Chrissy, describing her as a star and the “heart and soul of the family”.

"I am very much in love with this woman…But I’m not the only one who loves her. Many millions of people who aren’t married or related to her love her too," he confessed to the crowd.

“Everywhere I go, I meet people, fans, who used to ask me for an autograph or tell me how much they love my music. Now, the number one comment I get from people who used to be my fans is how much they love Chrissy. She gets bigger cheers than I do at my own concerts. They love her," he added.

John touched on why he thinks she's such a hit with fans and has captured the hearts of millions around the world – and he hit the nail on the head.

He gushed: “People love her honesty. Her humour. Her beauty and style. Her passion for food. Her sense of adventure and fun. And they love her big, beautiful heart."

"The heart she wears on her sleeve. She inspires so many people and so many women. I mean, she’s the kind of woman you write songs about.”

And John did just that in 2013 and wrote the smash hit All of Me, which was all about Chrissy – ugh, yay for love.

The 39-year-old couldn't finish up his speech without mentioning Chrissy's bad*ss online presences.

He said: “I think the world may have missed out on Chrissy’s full awesomeness if it weren’t for social media. She would have never fully shone the way she does if she were filtered by publicists and handlers.

“Chrissy’s biggest impact may be the way she proves that just by being the person you are, you can make a difference. Being who you are, unapologetically, you can make a difference.”

“I am amazed by the woman that you’ve become. And I’m truly glad that the rest of the world has finally found out about it, too,” he finished.

The two of them were emotional messes as the model accepted the award.

Chrissy described John as the "most incredible husband on the planet” and added that "you are our everything."

“I didn’t cry during our wedding. I hate you John, I really do,” she said, later on, still touched by the speech – adorable.

The pair shares two children together, two-year-old, Luna and six-month-old, Miles Theodore.

Chrissy and John have been together since 2007 and going from their moving words about each other, they've truly found something wonderful in one another.

We do believe in love, we do, we do.

Irish journalist Samantha Barry has been appointed as the new editor-in-chief of Glamour magazine.

The Cork native will be the become the first editor to come from an exclusively digital background and the eight since the magazine's establishment in 1939.

Having previously served as the Head of Social Media and Emerging Media at CNN, as well as roles at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, BBC World News, RTÉ and Newstalk, Samantha proves that she is more than qualified for the coveted position.

She will replace the magazine current editor, Cindi Leive, who has held the position for the lst 16 years.

Speaking about the role, the 36-year-old said: "I am as humbled by Glamour’s past as I am excited about Glamour’s future"

"I could not be more proud to take the reigns of an iconic women’s brand at this pivotal moment for all women’s voices.

"For me, Glamour is the home of strong storytellers, insightful journalism, beauty and fashion. I look forward to building on the brand’s success, and sharing Glamour with audiences everywhere."

Samantha's background in digital media makes her the perfect candidate to lead the magazine in its new digital-first strategy, which was put in place last year.

Condé Nast’s artistic director, Anna Wintour, said in a statement that Barry was "fearless like so many leaders of the moment.

"Sam is Glamour’s first digital-native editor, which is to say she arrives from the future rather than the past," said Wintour.

"As an editor she has led all manner of news coverage from the 2016 presidential election and the horrific Las Vegas mass shooting to the love story voicemails and the 2018 New Years Eve festivities.

"Sam understands social media as a tool for storytelling and reporting; a way to support social conversation and the ever-changing contours of what’s cool."

Ooh, Amy Schumer isn't a happy bunny.

The comedienne has called out Glamour Magazine for including her in a lost of 'plus size' celebs.

In the special 'Chic At Any Size' edition, the 34-year-old has said that the message the mag is sending out will be picked up wrong by teenagers and young girls.

She took to Instagram to voice her concerns on Tuesday: "I think there's nothing wrong with being plus size. Beautiful healthy women. Plus size is considered size 16 in America.

"I go between a size 6 and an 8. @glamourmag put me in their plus size only issue without asking or letting me know and it doesn't feel right to me.

"Young girls seeing my body type thinking that is plus size? What are your thoughts? Mine are not cool glamour not glamourous."

A while later she added: "Just a little odd an unfair not to be told."

Do you agree with Amy? We think it's bad that she wasn't even told about it!

Ireland's very own Aidan Turner has just topped the poll as the 2016's Sexiest Man Alive award according to reader's of Glamour Magazine

The prestigious title, which has been won in previous years by Chris Helmsworth and Henry Cavill, crowned the Dublin man yesterday.

Turner, who has seen a drastic rise to success this year after his turn as the brooding Poldark in the revival of the hit BBC series, is notoriously private and probably a bit mortified by the win.

Yeah, we can totally see why he won…

And it turns out that another certain Irish man made it into second place with Down man Jamie Dornan taking the number two spot.

And it was British actor Tom Hiddleston that finished third.

The rest of the top ten consisted of two One Direction's members (present and former) and a certain other American pop-star.

Glamour's sexiest men of the year top ten:

  1. Aidan Turner
  2. Jamie Dornan
  3. Tom Hiddleston
  4. Henry Cavill
  5. Zayn Malik
  6. Harry Styles
  7. Justin Bieber
  8. Robert Pattinson.
  9. Matt Bomer
  10. Prince Harry

Jennifer Lawrence has solidified herself as our ultimate girl crush after an incredibly sincere and hilarious interview for her cover of Glamour magazine this month.

The Oscar winning actress spoke about what it is like to have a body that does not conform to the ideals of Hollywood.

"I’ve got tits and an ass. And there are things that are made for skinny people—like a lot of embroidery, or it covers a lot—and those make me look fat."

"I have to show the lumps. If you have boobs, you have to show [them], like, “These are boobs. This isn’t cellulite.”

And how exactly would she describe her style?

"Slutty power lesbian. That is literally what I say to a stylist…. I don’t know if that’s offensive—"

While Jen does not have any man in her life at the moment, the 25-year-old admitted that she was just not that gone on dating.

"I don’t, like, date a lot. I don’t meet a lot of guys who I want to go on a date with. I’ll find a guy attractive maybe once a year. But I’m not a lonely person.

"Me not dating someone is not a lack of anything in any way. I feel completely fulfilled. Yes, when I spark with someone, it’s exciting, but I definitely don’t need that."

The Kentucky native also confirmed that she finished the first draft of a script she is working on with best pal, Amy Schumer.

"Amy’s always wanted to live on Martha’s Vineyard, and we saw this house, and we’re like, 'This is where we’re gonna Grey Gardens, and we’re gonna grow old and crazy together.' That's our life plan."

And while she LOVES her job, she does find it troubling and hectic from time to time.

"I do have an idea. I think that we should be allowed time off.  Yes. Three months. 'Oh, it’s my three months off. You can’t photograph me.' "

"But I hate the 'movie star blues.' We are so lucky, and I love my life. I wouldn’t take any of it back for anything. So I don’t like complaining about it."
