Gaz Beadle and Emma McVey welcomed their second child a little earlier than expected this week. The doting parents received an early Christmas gift when their daughter was born on December 16.
Emma went into early labour and gave birth to a baby girl at 4am. Their little girl was born weighing a healthy 7lbs 8oz.
Geordie Shore star Gaz has finally revealed the name of their newborn and it is absolutely perfect.
The couple decided to call their baby girl Primrose Ivy. The beautiful name is of English origin and simply means ‘first rose’.
The dad-of-two couldn’t help but gush about their baby girl. His Instagram has been full of adorable snaps of his daughter so it’s safe to say he is happier than ever.
He even posted a snap of his son Chester meeting his little sister,
‘Meet Primrose Ivy Beadle…. Probs 1 of my favourite pictures I have ever posted… 2 kids. What a moment so SO special,’ he captioned the photo.
The 31-year-old said he cannot wait to start another chapter of his life with fiancée Emma. “I have the best fiancé and mummy ever as my partner and this new journey will be amazing… people say girls are more chilled, I hope so.”
Christmas is certainly going to be extra special for the new parents.
Naming a baby is incredibly tough, something this mum-of-two knows about all too well.
In fact, Sophie Cachia’s daughter has been given three names since her birth… and Sophia is still not happy with her decision.
The Young Mummy blogger recently took to Instagram to share her baby naming woes, describing her experience as “one gigantic clusterf*ck of f*ckups.”
Talking about her love of Audrey Hepburn, Sophie explains how growing up she was convinced she was going to name her future daughter after her idol.
“I even begged Jaryd (husband) in labour with Bobby to change our Valentina/Florence to Audrey at the last minute if a girl came out,” she wrote.
“Funnily enough, I had a girl and Audrey was never in the equation this time.”
But Betty was.
However, this name didn’t last very long, and soon Betty became Missy… but just for 48 hours.
“Betty was, then that was wrong. Missy lasted 48 hours, and then she ended Florence Margaret but Margaret was only supposed to be the middle name if she was called Betty, and Florence was always supposed to be Florence Gigi after Jaryd's sister.”
Confused? Us too.
Continuing, the mum wrote: “But I totally f*cked the whole thing up and now my experience with naming a girl is one gigantic clusterf*ck of f*ckups.
“So now LEGALLY she's Florence Margaret but we call her Florence Gigi (ESPECIALLY now since she's her Aunty Gigi's mini-twin!!!) So yeah… basically I suck at naming girls.”
OK, all we're hoping is that we can make our minds up when the time comes!
As it turns out, all of the hours you spent trying to take the perfect selfie for your Tinder profile was actually quite pointless; you should have been fussing over your name.
The Grade voted and ranked the hottest names on social media dating apps – based on how many swipe rights they receive – and guys think some names are way sexier than others.
Now we know you can't change your name (unless you want to catfish someone), but if you want to find out who has a bit of an edge over you, here are the women's names that came out on top:
And what guys names came out on top, you ask?
Now, we don't know any Brett's or Jeffery's but we sure need to find some now!
