Rainbow Run Terms and Conditions

Unless stated otherwise within the text accompanying a competition, by signing up for a Rainbow Run goody bag via SHEmazing.net you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. The closing date for inclusion is 17th June 2015.
2. Goody Bags are availably to all Irish residents taking part in The Rainbow Run on the 20th June 2015.
3. Only one entry is allowed per unique email address, unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
4. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted.
5. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the course of transmission.
6. Individuals must print their voucher and bring it to the SHEmazing tent on the day of The Rainbow Run to claim their goody bag.
7. Entrants will can print their vouchers or send via email.
8. The goody bag is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent.
9. Entrants agree to receive emails from SHEmazing.
10. SHEmazing reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of an equivalent or greater value to that specified, should any part of the prize become unavailable.
11. SHEmazing.net reserves the right to alter, amend or end any competition without prior notice in the event that circumstances make this unavoidable.
12. To maximum extent permitted by law, SHEmazing.net and innocent is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the prize.
