Note to all pilots: Make sure to check your aircraft for cats

Pilot Romain Jantot posted this video with the caption ‘Remove cat before flight’ yesterday and it has now turned into a viral sensation.

This cat was just chillin' in the wing of the small aircraft, when suddenly, it took off.

The feline, who looked like he has just been awoken from a deep snooze, seemed a bit startled when it realised it was no longer on solid ground. Well, we'd be startled too.

Although the cat wasn’t expecting to be flying high, he does pretty well to stay calm until landing.

Speaking about the animal, Romain said: “I still don’t know if it got in after the pre-flight check or if I missed it. The cat is doing well, she is still our mascot.”

And we're also glad the passenger didn't have a fear of cats!
