The DISGUSTING reason why Mila was told ‘you’ll never work again’

Whether you’re a Regular Josephine or a Hollywood star, you’re going to come up against sexism and gender discrimination – it’s just that not everyone is willing to talk about it.

One person who is most certainly ready to share her experience, however, is Mila Kunis.

The Bad Moms star has penned a fantastic opinion piece today, on A Plus, blasting the gender bias and discrimination she has encountered throughout her career.

In the piece, titled You’ll Never Work In This Town Again, the 33-year-old revealed that her career was once written off by a producer, for refusing to pose semi-nude on the cover of a men’s magazine.

Recalling the incident, Mila wrote: “I was no longer willing to subject myself to a naïve compromise that I had previously been willing to.”

Admitting that the exchange left her feeling ‘livid’ and ‘objectified’, Mila added: “The film made a lot of money and I did work in this town again, and again, and again. What this producer may never realise is that he spoke aloud the exact fear every woman feels when confronted with gender bias in the workplace.”

Things haven’t changed since Mila set up her own production company, either; indeed, she has been left just as frustrated by client emails referring to her as ‘Ashton’s wife and baby momma’.

Fed up of ‘her value being reduced to nothing more than her relationship to a successful man and her ability to bear children’, Mila issued a rallying cry at the end of her article.

“I’m done compromising; even more so, I’m done with being compromised. So, from this point forward, when I am confronted with one of these comments, subtle or overt, I will address them head-on,” she wrote.

There’s nothing left for us to say but: YES, Mila.
