Insta envy: 10 delicious pages to follow for the perfect lunch inspo

September is coming and back to school time seems like a good opportunity to make good resolutions when it comes to our workday lunch.

Our advice: stay away for the chicken roll from the deli counter (unhealthy and pricey) and get used to bringing your lunch to work.

And why? Because you will be able to control exactly what you put in your box and you will save a bucket load of money.

To give you some inspiration to make your own lunch everyday, we have gathered our favourite foodie Instagram accounts that will make you drool and find motivation to stay away from the #SadDeskLunch.

YOU GUYS. I just made the freshest OIL-FREE GRAIN FREE BAKED FALAFEL you've ever seen and it was DELICIOUS! Sharing on the blog ASAP because this needs to be had all day every day! Decided to stick with my Mediterranean theme this week because that CUCUMBER TAHINI TZATZIKI is still in the fridge… I wrapped my falafels into a collard green but the ideas for these tasty patties are ENDLESS. Subscribe to the link in my profile for recipe updates so you're notified when I share the recipe for this one! I used to love getting falafel out but I always noticed I felt a bit awful after eating it…probably a mixture of too much oil and strange spices…eek. So happy to have my own go-to recipe to share with minimal ingredients! Falafel is back in DA HOUSEEEEE. *~*~*~* #floraandvino #oilfreefalafel #bakedfalafel #falafel #summertoneup #bikiniwrap #collardwrap #lunchinspo #tiu #tiuteam #tiugirl #tiucheckin #tiubikiniseries #tiumeals #tiucommunity #macros #fitfam #bbg #bbgfood #kaylasarmy #bbgcommunity #foodblogger #foodphotography #foodphotographer #positivevibes #glutenfree #oilfree #glutenfreevegan #grainfree

Ready to dive into this giant salad after spending a couple days indulging in all the food and drink while on a family trip to the coast. People always ask me how I stay healthy while I'm traveling. Here's the short answer: I usually travel with all my supplements, green powders, collagen, etc., and I definitely seek out places I can get my morning matcha, a green juice and a healthy grain bowl. But I also allow myself to indulge and enjoy without beating myself up over it or feeling guilty about it. It's important to give ourselves permission to experience a new place without feeling like we've failed if we drink a couple glasses of wine or eat a hot fudge sundae all to ourselves. Life is for living after all! And then when I get home and back into my routine, I'm even more grateful for the delicious, nourishing foods I make in my kitchen and the commitment I make to respecting my body in that way. Oh, and if you're wondering what's in the salad: arugula, radicchio, quick-pickled watermelon radish, chioggia beet, za'atar roasted chickpeas, almond ricotta, basil, fennel fronds and dill flowers. #WuHaus
