Fan of Father Ted? This Father Ted Comedy Night is the event for you

Calling all Father Ted fans! 

One Stonybatter venue is paying homage to the iconic Irish TV show with a comedy night committed to Ted, Dougal and Jack. 

Kavanagh's Pub, in the heart of Stonybatter, Dublin, is bringing comedic talents Joe Rooney, Pat McDonnel and Joe Dowlin to the stage for some Father Ted themed jokes.

'Kavanaghs in association with Stoneybatter Laughs presents “Father Ted Comedy Night” starring Joe Rooney & Pat McDonnel, supported by Laughter Lounge regular Joe Dowlin. MC on the night will be Greg Marks,' reads the event description. 

The comedy night kicks off on Saturday, November 3rd (so we have a ways to go yet) but be sure to pick up your ticket soon. 

Tickets are only €11.00 for the show, and we can't imagine a better way to spend a Saturday night, pint in hand. 

The show starts at 8.30pm, and finishes up around 11.30pm, so you could still be tucked up in bed at a semi-reasonable hour and feel fresh on Sunday.
