The internet is in uproar over THIS T-shirt MOCKING sexual consent
With so much discussion going on right now on the serious subject of sexual consent, you would think that retailers would be doing the smart thing and BURNING garments like the following, controversial one.
Twitter is alight with rage this weekend, over a T-shirt which appears to make a joke out of sexual consent.

The top, which was on sale for £5 (nearly €7) on everything5.com, carries the slogan: ‘No means no. Well, maybe if I’m drunk’.
In a year that highlighted the importance of understanding consent, particularly in the fallout of the Stanford rape case, it’s not hard to see why people are so upset by this shockingly distasteful T-shirt.

“What kind of message is this? Rape apologists? Withdraw it!” read one tweet directed at the company.
Meanwhile, others branded the shirt ‘vile’ and ‘absolutely disgusting’.
Absolutely disgusting!

Despite the outpouring of criticism – and the many reports by various media outlets – the T-shirt was only JUST taken down from the company's website.
Here's hoping they learn an important lesson from this.
