S! TV: Snap up an amazing dress on the cheap… for a very good cause
If your wardrobe is in need of an update AND a clear-out, we have just the event for you.
Ireland’s largest one-day dress sale, Buy My Dress, takes place on Sunday October 4th in locations around the country including Dublin, Cork, Galway and Wexford.
This style-savvy event is in aid of The Down Syndrome Centre, and has raised much-needed funds year after year.

If you’re interested, there are two ways to get involved. You can either donate any dresses from your own wardrobe that you no longer want (as long as they are still in good condition), or you can head along on the day and pick yourself up a few gúnas for a bargain price. Or of course… you can do both!
S! TV headed along to the launch day earlier this week to meet this year’s celebrity ambassador Yvonne Connolly, and to check out some of the amazing donations already made by Irish fashionistas including Amy Huberman, Lucy Kennedy, Anna Daly and Aoibhínn McGinnity.
If you have some dresses you’d like to donate, you can drop them off at one of the various points around the country or you can send them by post. More details here.
And if you’re planning on heading along on October 4th, keep an eye on the Down Syndrome Centre website for updates.
See you there!
