Ex-Islander Tom claims Michael doubted Amber BEFORE Casa Amor

Tom Walker has dropped a few Love Island bombs after appearing on today's This Morning with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.

The Ex-Islander has revealed that Michael Griffiths was having huge doubts about his relationship with Amber just days before Casa Amor even began.

Tom revealed that the firefighter had been pulling him aside for secret chats over Amber Gill long before he left the Love Island villa, and we're shook by the sheer RAT vibes of it all.

Michael has become an enemy of the state faster than Tommy can punch, and has shocked viewers by confessing his ambivalence towards Amber.

Audiences were left enraged after he called his couple partner 'childish' to the new girl Joanna, before kissing her and saying that his head has been firmly turned.

Meanwhile, Amber has remained loyal and stoic in Casa Amor, which makes it all the more heartbreaking. She did say Michael looked like the type of guy who could ruin your life, and she wasn't wrong.

Tom spoke about his secret chats with Michael on the ITV show; "Me and Michael had had a chat actually, and he did feel like Amber put him down a little bit," Tom told Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.

"He was biting his tongue with her just to save the arguing and he started to realise this. He kind of said,'maybe she's not my perfect woman'."

Curtis also dropped the bombshell that his head's been turning for new girl Jourdan, but Tom thinks he'll end up sticking with Amy Hart in the end.

He also thinks Jordan will want to stay with Anna, but she's pretty busy with Ovie…Awkward.

"Not Curtis, I didn't see Curtis swaying. Jordan, it was still early days for him and Anna," he said. Tom also got honest about his "few silly mistakes" in the villa in terms of Irish ring girl Maura Higgins.

"It was lad bander gone wrong, I didn't think she'd go that mad," Tom told the hosts.

"I knew she'd heard, that's when I had to repeat it. There was no going back, there was no lying, I had to say I'd said it. But I thought she might have taken it on the chin as a bit of tongue-in-cheek banter, but she went off."

"Do you think she overreacted for effect?" asked Phil. "Possibly," started Tom, before Holly jumped in to defend Maura.

"No, I don't think so, she was well within her rights – because you did do it in front of all the boys," she pointed out, mentioning Tom's "interesting to see whether she's all mouth or not" comment.

"If I'd have said it to her she might have reacted differently, it was saying it to the boys that got her riled up," confessed Tom.

"Still, you've got to be careful what you say regardless. Anyway. You say maybe she wasn't the perfect person for you, which is why you kept hitting these bumps in the road," added Holly.

"Definitely, I don't think I was Maura's perfect guy either – we were the best options for each other at the time," Tom added.

"I got friend-zoned by Lucie straight away, she was really upset about Joe leaving. It wouldn't have felt right to try there," he mentioned. We had no idea he was into Lucie, so that's news.

What do you think about the Michael bombshell, was he tip-toeing around Amber too much to feel happy with her?
