What would his mam say?! Hozier’s most recent Insta is SO totally Irish
Let's be honest, we love it when our international artists show off a little bit of their Irish side.
And Hozier, while on a hiatus from music, did just that while in Killarney recently.
The Wicklow native shared a throwback video on Instagram of himself at the Ladies View – a portion of the Ring of Kerry which "name apparently stems from the admiration of the view given by Queen Victoria's ladies-in-waiting during their 1861 visit."
The musician got a great laugh by being a "rebel" and breaking the rules by being a male in the women-only spot.
But, something that stuck out to us more than ever, was the caption he put on the video:
"Throwback to rebel antics #ladiesview #ladiesonly #breakingtherules shmad lad."
Yep. "SHMAD LAD."
How Irish?! We're sure his American fans haven't a notion what he's on about.
