Some people swear by Tinder while others – AKA people who tell the truth – know that more often than not it's simply a way to while away a rainy Tuesday night.

Keeping it real in the best possible way, everyone's favourite stylist, Gok Wan, revealed that his mates don't hold out much hope that he'll find his Prince Charming on the wildly popular dating app.

Taking to Twitter this afternoon, the uber-stylish television presenter told fans and followers that he planned to spice up his love life, but his mates were having none of it.

Outlining the grand plan, 41-year-old Gok announced: 'I'm joining Tinder' and was met with 'If you want to feel disappointed then just pay me and I'll reject you every day."

Even though Gok obvs took the response in the tone it was intended, some of the star's loyal followers felt compelled to offer some advice when it came to the fashionista's love life.

"Darling, you have far too much class to be on that trashy site…unless you like a bit of trash every now and then," wrote one.

Trash? We think we're offended!

The Hills star Brody Jenner rushed to be by his father Bruce Jenner's side after the dad-of-six was involved in a four-car collision on Pacific Coast Highway yesterday.

The 65-year-old Keeping up with the Kardashians star was travelling in his black Cadillac Escalade when the accident happened.

Bruce, who is currently making a very public transition from male to female, looked shaken as he emerged from his vehicle and underwent a breath test at the side of the road.

One eyewitness took to social media following the tragic incident, tweeting: "Bruce Jenner in a bad accident on PCH in Malibu. He's alright, but others involved, not so much."

The cause of the collision, which occurred at lunch time yesterday, is as yet unknown, but it has been reported that the fatal crash resulted in the death of one woman and the hospitalisation of five children.

Our thoughts go out to all those involved.

It doesn’t matter how many millions you have or how many Oscars and Grammys under your belt, you can still making a complete eejit of yourself at any given moment, as veteran superstar Elton John proved yesterday.

The 67-year-old superstar was attending a tennis event at London’s Royal Albert Hall when he fell backwards off his chair and was left sprawled on the ground, leaving onlookers both momentarily aghast and hugely entertained.

The I’m Still Standing singer (yes, we see the irony too) appeared to place himself gingerly in a canvas deckchair before tumbling backwards and taking two other chairs with him in a classic slapstick moment.

In fairness to Elton though, it looks like he took the whole thing on the chin and got back on his feet as quickly as possible.

The event which was held to raise funds for the singer’s AIDS Foundation saw superstars from the world of tennis, such as Andy Roddick, John McEnroe and Martina Hingis, take to the court to highlight the importance of AIDS research and awareness.

Hopefully, Elton can put this mortifying moment behind him!
