If you're going on your holliers or flying away to the Euros, then we have some pretty bad news for you today.

A number of Aer Lingus and Ryanair flights have been cancelled this morning due to strike action taking place in France.

Customers of both airlines who have bookings on the cancelled flights can request a refund or choose another day to fly for free.

Aer Lingus has cancelled eight flights so far and Ryanair has cancelled 44.

Both airlines have issued warnings that more flights may be cancelled and to check in with their airline.
