Friday is a day for flashback moments and this one is guaranteed to be your favourite so far. Coming along to absolute destroy everyone with feelings this week is Alexandrea Owens-Sarno.

You may also remember her as Jack Dawson’s “best girl” and his second-best dance partner. Now in her 20s, Alexandrea was the child actor who stole hearts and a smile from Hollywood actor Leonardo Dicaprio when she bagged a role in block buster Titanic.

Buzzfeed caught up with the actress, who lives and works in L.A to ask her some very important questions, her answers did not disappoint.

Most notably, she also believes that both Jack and Rose could fit on the door frame.

She has also admitted in an interview with Cosmopolitan that her friends were big fans of doing the obligatory ‘then and now’ comparison any time Titanic was on TV.

“My friends asked me to stand next to the television while we were watching it so that they could compare how I look now as opposed to then.”

Another important fact we needed to know; can she still do that fabulous Irish jig?

“I think if I watched and really just dedicated time to relearning it, maybe I could do it. But you also can't do it by yourself. When you're getting, like, twirled around by Leonardo DiCaprio, you just go with the moment.”

Well, we think if Leo asked any of us to dance our moves would certainly become a little bit more inspired in the spirit of the moment.

Speaking of which, Alexandrea let everyone know that Leo was just as much of a heart throb as we wanted him to be:

“There was so much of Jack in Leo, definitely. He was very sweet; he was very goofy, absolutely adorable. He always had a smile on his face, it was great.”

She said that while she wasn’t really aware of how much of a hit Leo was with the ladies back then, she still considered him one of her BFFs. She even invited him to go trick-or-treating with her.

Unfortunately it never came to pass, but Alexandrea is still waiting for the moment he shows up on her doorstep:

“He'll be like, "You've been waiting for this for almost 20 years!"
