The annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show takes place tonight in New York, and the pressure is on to fit in last-minute workouts.
Although each one of the 47 women chosen to walk in the prestigious show already has a body to die for, knowing you'll be parading down a catwalk in only lingerie is definitely a BIG workout motivator.
"It’s like being an Olympian – they have to be in peak condition," VS's creative director Sophia Neophitou-Apostolou says.
And indeed, most of the models this year have admitted to fitting in at least two workouts per day, using everything from yoga, pilates, TRX suspension, HIIT cardio, ballet barre work and boxing to achieve that lean, toned look.
And it's not just an hour or two in the mornings, either. In fact, Brazilian VS Angel Iza Goulart has been fitting in midnight workouts around her busy schedule over the last couple of weeks – and she's not the only one.
