Rebecca, better known to her wrestling fans as ‘Becky Lynch’, has been wresting for nearly 15 years after starting in a school in Bray as a teen.

At just 18, Rebecca moved to Canada to pursue her passion however injury forced her out of the ring and into the skies as she began working for Aer Lingus as an air hostess.

The Baldoyle woman worked there for over two years but made her big return in 2013 when she was signed to WWE.

Speaking after her amazing win on Sunday night, Rebecca said:

"There was so many times when I doubted myself and a lot of other people did too.

"I was told that I wasn't going to make it… but this makes all the pain worthwhile.

Did this really happen???
