‘Hot Damn’: Joe Jonas posts first pic of Sophie Turner as his WIFEY
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner blew up the internet a few days ago when they had a shotgun wedding in Vegas straight after the Billboard Music Awards.
Honestly, we were shook, but in a good way, like when your pet discovers a new cute pose and you need to show the world. Our hearts, they melted.
The 29-year-old Jonas Brother and member of DNCE tied the knot with the Game of Thrones star after getting Elvis to officiate their nuptials, and now Joe shared the first photo of his official wifey.
The photos were taken by Cynthia Parkhurst, and feature 23-year-old Turner standing with her back against a patterned tile wall (bathroom chic) and holding a red old-style telephone to her ear.
She's looking absolutely fierce, we wonder if she's muttering Game of Thrones spoilers down the phone to her BFFs?
Turner is wearing the same floral-metallic Louis Vuitton jumpsuit that she wore to the BBMAs, and her new husband rightfully captioned the shots; "Hot Damnnnnnnn" (Flame emoji). That's one lucky man.
The lad clearly adores his new bride, and the pair plan on having a bigger ceremony in France this summer. We are GAGGING to see photos of the GOT castmates at the event, but it better not be a Red Wedding.
The couple wed inside Chapel L'Amour, A Little White Wedding Chapel just after the awards show, where Sophie presented an award alongside Dark Phoenix co-star Tye Sheridan and Joe Jonas performed with his brothers.
A representative for Turner confirmed the news to PEOPLE, saying “We can confirm Sophie and Joe were married in Las Vegas last night.” YAY.
The pair apparently applied for a marriage licence earlier that same day in Clark County, Nevada.
Khalid was present at the ceremony, and Dan + Shay performed their hit tune, Speechless. Turner is allegedly changing her surname to Jonas, according to the marriage cert obtained by TMZ.
We love a good wedding, hopefully more images will emerge as the media furore dies down.
