Stevie Nicks is in ‘American Horror Story: Apocalypse’ and it’s perfect

The terrifyingly genius American Horror Story: Apocalypse will be hitting our screens next month.

And show-runner Ryan Murphy let fans have a peek at what's to come – including that of a certain music legend.

Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks will take centre stage in the newest season alongside the gang from S3's Coven –Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, Emma Roberts, Frances Conroy, Gabourney Sidibee and Taissa Farmiga.

Ryan captioned the image, ''what a thrilling night with the legend Stevie Nicks on the set of AHS.''

The eighth season will combine storylines of season one (American Horror Story: Murder House) and season 3, as well as having a few more recurring faces thrown into the mix.

Among these will be Kathy Bates, Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, Cheyenne Jackson and Billie Lourd.

The promo for AHS: Apocalypse has been building up slowly, with cast members including Evan Peters teasing plot points.

We just can't believe that Queen Stevie will be part of the craziness.

We literally are LIVING for it – we know by now that AHS doesn't pull any punches so we're fully prepared for an insane season.

American Horror Story: Apocalypse premieres on FX on September 12th.
