Gwyneth Paltrow angers fans with yet another BIZARRE comment

Gwyneth Paltrow has long been the face of a lifestyle that is totally unattainable unless you happen to be a Hollywood star with a team of trainers, stylists and chefs.

The actress has been criticised in the past for her totally off-the-wall quotes, from recommending vagina steam facials on her site Goop, to stating in an interview that she "can’t pretend to be somebody who makes $25,000 a year."

Now Gwyneth has once again irritated the entire world by claiming that, contrary to what she had led us all to believe, she is in fact just like us.

"I'm incredibly close to the common woman in that I'm a woman and I'm a mother," the actress said in an interview with CNN Money. "We all are in a physical body with beating hearts, with compassion and love."

Further driving her point home, she said, "We are all seekers, we all want questions, we all want fulfilment, we want to live our best lives… We want to be healthy and happy and squeeze the most that we can out of life. I think that's all women."

Now, about those "$25,000 a year" comments, Gwyneth?!

Twitter of course exploded with annoyance at the actress' latest remarks:

It's also worth noting that Gwyneth's "common woman" line was said during an interview about her site Goop, which has been criticised many times for promoting a lavish, excessive lifestyle that is not achievable for most women.

Defending the site, where it's not rare to see clothing advertised in the $1,000 – $2,000 price range, the actress said, "We have products on the site that are under $10, we have products on the site that are $500. I think the idea is that we're gonna find the best thing, whatever it is, at any price point."

Oh Gwyneth, will you ever learn?!
