Beauty blogger uses a SNICKERS and BUTTER as make-up

Food and make up are two of a girl's favourite things, and one beauty guru has combined the two into a delicious make up tutorial.

Beauty blogger Raychel Newton decided to raid her kitchen cupboards to complete a surprisingly wearable makeup look.

The make up lover, known as @makeup_maven to her 14,600 Instagram followers, has gone viral after posting the foodie video.

"This is a bit ridiculous but hilariously fun!"admitted the MUA.

The blogger began by coating her eye area with a layer of instant mac and cheese powder, which created a cheesy but surprisingly chic finish.

Highlighter was a slick of butter while contouring was achieved with the edge of a Snickers bar.

"I chose chocolate because when warm it's creamy almost like the cream contour sets by Anastasia Beverly Hills," she told Allure.

The make-up lover found a dual use for cocoa powder, applying it as a brow filler and as an eye shadow after priming her eyelids with a dab of honey.

She even added a darker shade to her crease using some coffee powder, and "baked" her under eye area using good old flour.

A mixture of sugar and cocoa powder substituted for mineral foundation and jelly powder made for the perfect, albeit sticky, pink cheek tint.

Possibly the most extreme beauty method in the tutorial, Raychel plucked some hairs from a coconut and added them to her lash line, creating full, voluminous lashes.

A chopped beet root made a dramatic lip stain and some coconut oil finished off a glossy lip.

The finished look could easily be mistaken for regular make-up, although we're not sure if mac and cheese powder is particularly long wearing.

Raychel challenged her followers to come up with their own #FullFaceOfFood looks, but according to the hashtag, no one has been brave enough to step up to the plate (pun intended).
