Wait, what? Bella Hadid is now in training for the 2016 Olympics
Bella Hadid has built up quite an impressive CV. She’s walked the runway for huge fashion labels like Moschino, Tommy Hilfiger and Missoni.
Also, she’s only 18-years old.
There was also the huge Balmain campaign she appeared in with sister Gigi and another famous sibling modeling team, the Jenners. While the Jenners haven’t quite managed to get themselves a joined Victoria’s Secret gig just yet, the Hadid sisters are already on it.
However, now it seems that Bella has made herself known as one of the most hard-working models of the moment. Not content with conquering the fashion world, she’s aiming for Olympic gold.
She spoke with Porter magazine about her hopes of competing in the 2016 games.
Bella is incredibly passionate about horse riding and tells the magazine she has been since she was just three-years old.
"My devotion stemmed from my mom's love of horses. I have been riding since I could walk and the fact that my mom knew everything about horses really helped my passion grow."
She explained that while her model peers are all about the yoga classes, she’s rather be in the stables:
“You have to put your ego aside and concentrate on making the horse do the things you want it to do, and move in the way you want it to move."
Her 1.4 million Instagram followers probably knew about the model had a love of all things equestrian- she regularly posts snaps of her horses between selfies with Kendal Jenner.
There’s no doubt that is she does make it to the games next year, she will probably be one of the most stylish athletes.
