Two 14-year-old boys have been found guilty of murdering teenage girl Ana Kriégel, The Irish Times reports.

The young girl was found dead in a derelict farmhouse in Lucan last year.

Both boys were found guilty of murder. Boy A was also found guilty of violent sexual assault.

The two boys are the youngest people in the history of the State to be found guilty of murder.

It is understood that Boy B lured the teenager from her home on May 14, 2018.

He took Ana to the isolated farmhouse where Boy A was waiting.

Boy A then allegedly sexually assaulted and murdered Ana, who was 14-years-old at the time of her death.

Both boys pleaded not guilty to murder.

More to follow.
