This celebrity lost a stone in ten weeks…. and she looks great

Star of Celebrity Big Brother, Chloe Goodman, is showing off her ten-week body transformation… and it's very impressive.

Incredibly, she shed a full stone for a recent photoshoot – which took place on a luxury yacht on the beach in Mallorca.

​Well, we guess that's pretty good motivation for getting in shape.

In a bid to banish her "jelly belly" the 21-year-old model adopted a new low-fat diet.

But in addition to over-hauling her diet, she also underwent a gruelling three-month workout regime specifically to firm up her abs, and began exercising four times a week.

Chloe has now recorded her amazing progress in a series of snaps on social media. 

 

As much as you all thought it was fake or photoshopped blah blah blah It wasn't it wasn't a massive amount of weight I gained but it was enough to make me feel uncomfortable and as you have seen from my videos and a few pictures of foods I've been eating well thanks to @musclefooduk and training hard I've managed to shift a few of the stubborn fats around my belly and hips but im still very far away from my end goal as im a fan of bikini fitness models so for me gaining muscle is the hardest and most important thing not being skinny I hate that look but being strong and toned! I've still got along way to go for my muscle gain but this is my journey whether you all believe it or not … And no I'm not doing a fitness DVD im doing this for myself with help from Froza supplements because everyone knows how important supps are for muscle gain especially in women

The remarkable transformation was inspired by her boyfriend Scuntthorpe United player Jordan Clare, 23 – a young man who boasts a particularly enviable six-pack. 

"I've been working out harder than ever before and using Jordan as my inspiration," explained Chloe.

"He has a six-pack to die for and I wanted to make sure there were two of us looking good on the beach this summer – not just him!"

Chloe said: "I'm proof that it is still not too late to get your perfect bikini body before the start of the summer holidays."

Chloe says that she allowed herself to get out of shape while starring in Big Brother earlier this year – and that unflattering images of her in a bikini served as a wake-up call. 

"I can get a lot of loose fat in that area which can look really unsightly in pictures especially when it wobbles all over the place when you are running," she said.

"Celebrity Big Brother was as disaster for my body. You can barely move for weeks on end and it is difficult to exercise because you don't want viewers seeing you all hot and sweaty."

Her summer body blitz was designed with Forza Supplements. Chloe says she took the brand's Raspberry K2 diet capsules, which claims it can accelerate weight loss when combined with exercise and good nutrition.

Chloe continued: "It has been three months of agony. I've banished all my snacking bad habits – no more chocolate or crisps – and I've been really overhauled my diet.

"At times it has been hell. Whenever I was feeling down, I would take a look Jordan's six pack in the shower – it was all the inspiration I needed!"

Chloe body blitz diet and exercise regime

8am breakfast – two poached eggs with a slice of brown toast.
One Raspberry K2 supplement.
40 minutes to 60 minutes at the gym – a high intensity work-out with lots of work on my abs.
1pm Forza Lipowhey shake – I’m loving these. They are like a full meal all on their own. I don’t need anything more at lunch after one of these.
A further Raspberry K2
6.30pm – a lamb shank with mashed carrots, sweet potato and broccoli. Some chocolate raisins.

Drink: Two litres of water a day.

Chloe's diet before her weight loss

Breakfast – tea and buttered white toast.
Mid morning snack – crisps
Lunch – chicken and chips
Mid afternoon snack – biscuits
Dinner – spaghetti Bolognese.

Drink: Coffee and Diet Coke
