A little over a year ago, Bella Hadid was arrested for driving under the influence; but in an exclusive new interview she now promises that she really is a "good girl".

The sister of world-famous model Gigi Hadid, was arrested in late July 2014 after she drove through a stop sign and then nearly crashed into a Los Angeles County Sheriff's patrol car.

At the time she was given a breath test in which she blew a .14 – which is just about twice the legal alcohol limit in California.

She was also driving under a suspended license.

As she was only 17 at the time, the punishment her mother inflicted on her was no phone or social media for 21 days. A bit of a lucky get-away if you ask us!

The model's mother, Yolanda Foster, who stars on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills also made Bella pay her own legal fees after the accident.

The 18-year-old graces the cover of Editorial magazine this month and she gives a tell-all interview to go along with it.

In the magazine cover, the model is pictured looking like the ultimate bad girl as she smoulders and pouts for the camera. She sports a heavily embellished black dress, along with a light smoky eye and minimal lip stick.

She told the magazine that she is not the wild-child everyone thinks she is.

"People think because I say I’m the black sheep that I’m a rebel or this crazy person that does drugs," she said, explaining that it's far from the truth.

"I promise I’m a good girl. I never do drugs. I literally order sushi, watch Law & Order and go to sleep at nine-o’clock every night. I’m a grandmother".

Sounds a bit like all of us normal folk, so.

But then you see pictures of her on the red carpet with Gigi, Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin and you realise the model is a million miles away from us. Oh well, we can dream.
