#FoodPorn pictures are being DELETED for a pretty fab reason

We all know the drill. And as much as it annoys us, sometimes we can't help put whip out our phones the second our food comes to the table, only to upload it to Instagram and hashtag it #FoodPorn.

It's become a total norm, but now people are deleting their foodie snaps for a very good cause.

American food business Land O'Lakes has promised to donate 11 meals to the hungry for every #FoodPorn picture that gets deleted on Instagram.

And with 99 million snaps under the hashtag, that's A LOT of grub.

The new campaign, Delete To Feed is over on the company's website, and all you have to do is link up your IG to the site, pick a #FoodPorn snap to delete and viola! A fresh meal is on its way to someone in need.

Pretty cool, eh? Why not try it yourself… you don't need all of those doughnut pics on your account.
