Jennifer had an ‘anxiety attack’ during FBI hacking scandal probe

It was the celebrity scandal that dominated headlines for weeks last year.

Known as ‘Celebgate’, the hacking of iCloud accounts belonging to the likes of Rihanna, Arianna Grande and Kate Upton rocked Hollywood and upset countless stars.

And in particular, Jennifer Lawrence was especially vocal about how disgusted she was with her private pictures being accessed online.

The issue certainly hasn't just gone away either: now the FBI’s Cybercrimes Unit has released new warrants and reports from the scandal, which took place last year.

According to the reports, the FBI has narrowed down its suspect list. But most shocking of all is that the agent who spoke with Jennifer during the investigation had to stop the interview when she "stated she was having an anxiety attack and was visibly shaken".

Speaking out about the event with Vanity Fair last year, J-Law said: “I can't believe that we even live in that kind of world.

"It is not a scandal. It is a sex crime… it is a sexual violation. It's disgusting."

She also said that attempting to put together a public statement was either too upsetting or made her furious.

Being described in the report as “very distraught” throughout the whole process, Ms Lawrence herself said of the hackers: “I just can't imagine being that detached from humanity.

"I can't imagine being that thoughtless and careless and so empty inside."

Despite all of this emotional distress, and the evidence of the hacking, an FBI spokesperson did confirm with Gawker that there has yet to be charges brought against the man whose home was raided in connection with hacking.
