Have your popcorn ready! Here are November’s BIG movie releases

The weather is getting colder and the night's are getting super frosty, so there's really no better excuse for heading to the cinema this month.

And with these new film releases, we can certainly look forward to chilling in front of the movie screen:

Brooklyn

Brooklyn stars our very own Saoirse Ronan, who plays a young woman called Eilish who moved to America in the 1950's to have a better life. But when she is faced with retuning home, she's forced to make a very difficult decision.

Kill Your Friends

This movie sees an A&R man working at the height of the British pop music craze. But it takes a bad turn when he goes to extreme measures to find new material for a song.

Starring: Nicholas Hoult, Tom Riley, Ed Skrein and James Cordon.

 

Freaks of Nature

The unlikely combination of a teenager, a vampire and a zombie all join forces when an alien invasion hits their hometown. 

Starring: Vanessa Hudgens, Ed Westwick, Bob Odenkirk and Denis Leary.

 

Fathers and Daughters

A widowed writer who suffers with mental illness is trying to raise his young daughter as he battles his problems.

Starring: Aaron Paul, Russell Crowe, Amanda Seyfried and Dian Kruger.

 

Steve Jobs

The biopic we've all been waiting for. This movie takes us behind-the-scenes of the digital revolution and paints the portrait of the man who is in the centre of it all.

Starring: Michael Fastbender, Kate Winslet, Seth Rogen and Jeff Daniels.

 

The Dressmaker

A glamorous woman returns to her small hometown in rural Austrialia. With her sewing machine and trend setting style, she transforms the women of the town. But she then takes out revenge on all the women that did her wrong.

Starring: Kate Winslet, Liam Hemsworth and Hugo Weaving.

 

Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2

In the last instalment of the movie franchise, we see Katniss Everdeen being symbolised as the Mockingjay. With her new caption, Katniss and District 13 engage in a revolution against the autocratic Capitol.

Starring: Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth and Woody Harrelson.

 

Black Mass

The true story of Whitey Bulger, the brother of a state senator and the most violent criminal in the history of South Boston, who then became an FBI informant in order to take down a Mafia family invading his turf. 

Starring: Johnny Depp, Benedict Cumberbatch and Dakota Johson.
