Few million to spare? Kendall Jenner’s ‘starter home’ is for sale
Back in 2014, a then 18-year-old Kendall Jenner decided to fly the nest, and splash out on her first property in LA's achingly hip Westwood neighbourhood.
Opting to splash the cash in The Wilshire building, Kendall handed over approximately $1.3 million dollars for a home to call her own.
Since then, she took yet another step up the property ladder by securing a second home in the form of Emily Blunt and John Krasinki's former Hollywood dwelling, but choose to hang onto her first pad in Westwood.
However, it looks like Kendall is finally ready to part with her first house, and has officially listed the condo at $1.6 million.
According to Trulia – a residential real estate website – the building 'provides full-service amenities, including 24-hour valet and security, concierge and doorman, a heated pool, fitness centre, social room, card room, conference room and wine storage.'
