8 reasons we were seriously jealous of Serena van der Woodsen

Anyone that has seen Gossip Girl will understand what we mean, Serena van der Woodsen had it all. The perfect life, the perfect boyfriend (or boyfriends) and the MOST perfect style. 

From dating Nate and being Blair Waldorf's best friend, to having a strange step-brother relationship going on with Chuck, in our eyes, she really had it all. Blake Lively's life isn't really much different either, if we're being honest… she still has the most amazing clothes AND a gorgeous hubby in the form of Ryan Reynolds. 

Here's some of the main reasons we really wanted to be her when she first graced our screens:

1. She always had the most amazing clothes and was definitely the most stylish teenager around at the time..

 

2. She lived in New York and was basically allowed do whatever she wanted, whenever she wanted..

 

3. Her school uniform was way better than ours, like way better..

 

4. She had the most beautiful boyfriends and we wanted every single one of them.. 

 

5. She was probably the only bridesmaid on the planet to look that good on someone else's wedding day..

 

6. Her. Hair. Was. Flawless.

 

7. Her and Blair were the ultimate BFFs..

 

8. And of course, she got married to this handsome divil and looked AMAZING..
