BIG DEAL! Ariel Winter has made a pretty MAJOR life decision

Ariel Winter was set to head to college this month, having earned herself a place in UCLA. 

The young actress has changed her plans, due to her busy acting schedule. 

The 18-year-old brunette told E! News that she is deferring her college start date for a year.

"Unfortunately this year, due to production schedule, I have to start next year," she said. 

"So I will be starting as a UCLA Bruin next year."

The Modern Family star still has hopes for attending college, and intends to study political science!
