OFFSET is a 3 day creative conference held annually in Dublin’s Bord Gais Energy Theatre. Every year the very best of Irish and International creative professionals come together for a weekend of presentations, lectures, interviews and discussions. OFFSET take a multi-disciplinary approach to curation and feature industry leaders from the worlds of graphic design, animation, illustration, advertising, film, fashion and more. Absolut DIY is part of Absolut’s ongoing collaboration with OFFSET, the trailblazing brand has taken creativity to the next level this year and produced a series of six workshops with Dublin’s leading creatives across the city in the run up to this year’s conference. Hosted in some of the Capital’s most illustrious bars #AbsolutDIY brought together Ireland’s most original creative visionaries in live participatory events curated by OFFSET. These one off experiences featured leading designers and artists; including photographer Olga Kuzmenko, artist Steve Doogan, designer Angela Cuthill, illustrator Declan Shalvey, creatives Sinead Bailey Kelly, Deirdre Young, Roisin Agnew, Kim Willoughby, Sharon Greene and street artist ADW. If you missed the Absolut DIY workshops this year you can still get the chance to hear from two of the workshop creatives, both Declan Shalvey and Steve Doogan are main stage speakers at OFFSET this year.
