S! TV: Eat Yourself Beautiful with Rosanna Davison’s expert advice

Alongside a hugely successful modelling career, Rosanna Davison is also a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist, and she's sharing her knowledge and passion for food in her new book, Eat Yourself Beautiful, which launched this week.

Although it contains over 100 healthy, tasty and simple recipes, Eat Yourself Beautiful is not just a cookbook.

The first half of the book is dedicated to Rosanna's personal story, as well as heaps of tips for how to use food to improve your sleep, your skin, your immune system and countless other parts of your life.

If you're really looking to overhaul your body and mind, the book also features a Seven Day Radiance Plan created by Rosanna to help you combine the foods you eat with your body's natural healing abilities.

"It's really focused on beauty foods and beauty recipes to make you feel your best and feel confident in yourself. That's what I'm passionate about so I'm really proud of the book," Rosanna told S! TV's Lisa Kavanagh at the Eat Yourself Beautiful launch night earlier this week.

As for the recipes, Rosanna promises you won't find yourself bogged down in complex instructions and bizarre ingredients. "I can confirm the recipes are very easy because I'm not a chef and I wouldn't have the most patience!" she admits.

"They're all recipes for busy people so that if you're travelling or work all day you can come home and throw together a meal for yourself that will be quick, tasty and beneficial to your health."
