Fire and Fury is about to be turned into a TV series all about Trump

In case you have been living under a rock for the past few weeks, an explosively revelatory book entitled Fire and Fury was released, the content of which is all about the presidential campaign and first presidential year of a certain POTUS.

The book, penned by Michael Wolff, was labelled as being 'a phony book' which is 'full of lies, misrepresentations and sources that don’t exist' by Donald Trump, after the book presented him in a less than flattering light.

Now, it seems that the book is headed for Trump's favourite place – TV.

According to Variety, Endeavor Content has purchased the film and television rights to the book.

The book, a best-seller, is set to be adapted by the company into a television series.

No studio or network are currently attached to the project yet.

The author himself is set to be the executive producer of the show series.

Trump has vehemently denied the authenticity of the book's content.

In a statement this month, the POTUS said: 'We are going to take a strong look at our country’s libel laws so that when somebody says something that is false and defamatory about a person, that person will have meaningful recourse in our courts.'
