Woman defends herself from rape… by cutting off her attacker’s penis
A rape victim in India has been arrested on charges of attempted murder after she severed the penis of her attacker and brought it to her local police station.
The 32-year-old claimed that her brother-in-law had been forcing himself on her for days forcing her to take matters into her own hands… literally.
The Indian woman then pretended to have consensual sex with her attacker in order to make her move.
"When he forced himself on me, I faked consent and severed his privates with a sickle," she reportedly told the police.
The incident, which according in the Sidhi region of India, was the only way the woman believed she could protect herself from further attacks.
When police officers arrived on the scene, they found that the suspect had committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree near the house.
According to the Mirror, the woman has been classified as mentally stable and has little remorse for her actions.
