The search is over – we've found the world's perfect job.

If, like us, you have a serious sweet tooth, then you need to get in touch with Swizzels as soon as possible!

The company behind Refresher Bars, Love Hearts and Drumstick Lollies is looking for an Official Sweet Taster to work with them over the next year. You'll basically be getting paid in sweets for a full year, which sounds pretty perfect to us!

The prize includes:

– A VIP tour of the Swizzels factory in Derbyshire including travel expenses and accommodation.
– A tasting session of new Swizzels products
– Involvement in future development of Swizzels sweets.
– A year’s supply of Swizzels goodies

"We know that adults love our products just as much as children so we’re looking for our biggest fan to join us at our factory and help us develop new additions to our range," says Simon Demery, General Sales Manager for Swizzels in Ireland.

"It takes months to develop new flavours and the successful applicant will be shown the whole process, learning the secrets of how we make our fabulous sweets.  It’s an important role and they’ll be helping develop new products that could be sold across the country.  No experience is necessary – just a love of sweets.”

No experience necessary? Count us in!

Tempted? You can apply here anytime between now and April 22nd. All applications are asked to write up to 500 words or submit a short video explaining why they are the best person for the job.

Did nobody tell them that we don't like change?!

You can now expect to see "Swipe Right," "YOLO" and even "Totes Hilair" next time you buy a pack of the sweets. Lads, it's all just so… MODERN.

As part of a Swizzels competition, entrants were asked to submit their ideas for phrases to be etched on the new batch of Love Hearts, with 14 winning messages chosen:

So does this mean "Fax Me" is gone? But we loved that one… *weeps*
