You're about to have serious FOMO, that's for sure. Why? Jay-Z and Beyoncé's annual Oscars after-party, that's why. Unforch, social media was banned at the bash so there ain't many public photos.

The bash is as exclusive and private as you may imagine, with stars such as Adele, Rihanna, Drake, Spike Lee, Adam Driver, Jamie Foxx, Leonardo DiCaprio, Chris Evans and Natalie Portman showing their faces.

Newly engaged Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry arrived as an item, as well as power couupe J-Lo and Alex Rodriguez and social media legends Chrissy Teigen and her husband John.

According to an insider at E! News; "The party was completely A-list. Guests began arriving around midnight and they didn't leave until about 5 a.m. and later. It was the party everyone wanted to be at it seems."

No surprises there. Tell us more about Katy and Orlando, that's what we want to know;

"Katy and Orlando were the life of the party. Everyone was approaching them to say congrats and they were both 'cheers'-ing their drinks with anyone and everyone," the source shared.

"Katy looked amazing in a silver gown and Orlando was by her side the entire night. Jay-Z and Beyoncé seemed happy to see them and the four of them were talking for several moments."

"The music was mainly hip-hop songs mixed with classics like Beyoncé's top hits, Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande," the source shared.  YAS to Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored and 7 RIngs blaring. Armand de Brignac Brut Gold Champagne was apparently flowing too.

"Everyone was on the dance floor dancing having a great time." Jamie Foxx was spotted getting the crowd hyped when he yelled the lyrics of rap songs in the background, and Kelly Rowland caught up with Queen Bey.

Beyoncé and her Destiny's Child sister hit the dance floor together and were having a great time. "They both were drinking and smiling. Beyoncé seemed relaxed like she felt she could let loose for a night."

Of course, we CANNOT forget about Bad Gal RiRi, the woman who can upstage literally anyone's outfit.

Rihanna showed up looking stunning in a leopard mini-dress, and had to be in the same room as Drake which must have been hella awkward. She probably curved so many former romantic prospects.

Us Weekly, wrote that the soirée went down at the Chateau Marmont garage, where guests were reportedly told to honour a no-phone policy. Daniel Humm and Eleven Madison Park did the lush catering.

“They wanted the environment to feel safe for everyone, so everyone could actually just be themselves and let loose," according to a source. Naturally, press weren't allowed inside.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, Diddy, Serena Williams, Regina King, Michael B Jordan, Tiffany Haddish, Aziz Ansari, Oscar winner Olivia Colman and every other A-lister you can name were also there. Imagine being in that room…

RiRi left the party in slippers, because of course she did. A whole mood. In conclusion, everyone wanted to be there and no photos of Beyoncé's outfit have appeared, but you can bet your bottom dollar she stole the show.

Many celebrities faced plenty of unfair treatment in 2018. You might be surprised to find out which among them was thought to have the most unfair year.

Will 2019 Be Any Better for These Celebs Who Had it Rough in 2018?

Being a celebrity isn’t always about glitz and glamour. Sometimes, it’s not easy to be a well-known figure. Life can be just as unfair to actors, sports stars, politicians and other celebrities, in spite of the riches, fame and power they might have.

In fact, 2018 proved to be a rather unfair year for a number of high-profile personalities, and you might be surprised to find out who Brits felt were the ones treated the most unfairly.

Image; Quartz

PlayOJO recently conducted research highlighting the people treated most unfairly in 2018.

The names that made their “Top 10 most unfairly treated people of 2018” list were selected by a panel of media experts from the world of entertainment, sports, business and politics and included people such as Donald Trump, Naomi Osaka, Geriant Thomas, Caster Semenya and Laura Anderson.

However, the results of this nationwide survey, which involved 2,000 UK adults, revealed that more than one famous Brit made the unfair poll.

Among these Brits was Prime Minister Theresa May, who took the top spot and was voted the person who was treated the most unfairly in 2018.

1. Theresa May had no support and the most unfair 2018

It might seem surprising that May was voted the most unfairly treated person of 2018, considering she isn’t exactly well liked and doesn’t have many fans among the British public and even her own government, due to her arguably terrible job with the Brexit negotiations.

However, at the same time, there’s no denying that the PM faced a very difficult year and did so with very little support.

That said, May’s 2019 hasn’t started any easier as she has already suffered one of the largest parliamentary defeats of a British prime minister in the democratic era when her latest Brexit deal was rejected by a resounding majority of 230.

The 230-vote margin of defeat was easily the worst suffered by any Government in a meaningful division since at least WWI.

In normal circumstances, such a defeat would be enough to force a PM from office. However, lucky for May, she has managed to survive a second no-confidence vote.

2. Colleen Nolan quits job due to online abuse

Theresa May wasn’t the only Brit to make the unfair list. Another English celebrity that received sympathy from voters was Colleen Nolan.

There’s no question that Coleen Nolan had a tough 2018 after fans of Kim Woodburn and the Loose Women show attacked her online with abusive messages.

The abuse started after the English television personality, author and singer reportedly “bullied” her former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Kim Woodburn on Loose Women.

Woodburn was reduced to tears and fled the show, later calling for both Colleen Nolan and Nolan’s sister Linda (who was also on the show and took part in the bullying) to be fired.

The viewers apparently didn’t like what they saw either and verbally attacked Nolan online to the point that Nolan quit Loose Women and even cancelled her tour because she was so shaken by the experience.

Although Nolan’s treatment of Woodburn certainly wasn’t her most shining moment, many agree that she didn’t deserve the cruel online backlash.

3. Ryan Thomas punch-gate debacle

Speaking of former Celebrity Big Brother housemates, actor Ryan Thomas is another Brit that made the unfair list and was the runner up to May.

Although Thomas won the CBB show, he was nearly kicked off due to false physical abuse claims made by fellow housemate and ex-lover Roxanne Pallet.

The show received a record number of complaints, many of which were directed at Thomas. Before the truth about the situation was revealed, the “punch-gate” controversy was very hard on Thomas, who at the time, felt that his career was over.

Do you agree with the 2,000 surveyed Brits and think that these celebs were treated unfairly in 2018? If not, who do you think was the most unfairly treated celebrity last year?

Serena Williams is well used to winning. After 23 Grand Slam trophies, you'd think she'd eventually take her eye off the ball, but you'd be wrong.

We're all familiar with her INCREDIBLE fashion sense, and cutting edge tennis court style. Her partnership with Nike has seen her expand the borders of fashion in women's sport.

If we cast our minds back, we can remember her controversially banned the Black Panther catsuit (the NECK):

She really ace'd that one, and it even helped her circulation after suffering from blood clots during the delivery of her ADORABLE baby daughter, Alexis Olympia.

After being ridiculously barred from wearing the "disrespectful" suit, an absurdly sexist rule, she traded it for a tutu and played the hell on.

Oh, and the tutu was designed by none other than Virgil Abloh, the newest talent making waves at Louis Vuitton.

Everyone was wondering what fashion gold Serena would bring to the Australian Open, where she's currently competing. Not to mention winning, as per. All she does is WIN.

She stunned crowds by wearing a turquoise romper that cleared our skin and filled our bank balance. It's iconique. She's doing God's work by spilling such tea all over the sexist tennis rules.

Officials to Serena: We're banning the catsuit.

Serena taking zero of their sh*t: I'm gonna alter it slightly and play on, mmkay? Cut the legs off:

Slay, Kween.

People are rightfully shook, there's even fishnet tights to go alongside it. The details, we can't even.

The tweets are clearly off the hook, with Serena once again being compared to a superhero. You know, because she is one.

Naturally, her supportive husband Alexis Ohanian Sr. tweeted his love of the romper:

In conclusion, Serena is straight up FIRE in the fashion world, and we don't deserve her.

Tributes are pouring in for tennis star Andy Murray after a tearful press conference addressing his possible retirement.

The former world number one has claimed that retirement is imminent following injuries which have plagued him for years, especially that of his hip.

Speaking about the upcoming Australian Open, Murray broke down in tears as he said it could be his last tournament.

The three-time Grand Slam winner has broken himself in order to keep up with arguably tennis' greatest generation, with Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer hot on his heels all the time.

Murray was emotional as he spoke about this summer's Wimbledon tournament, saying; “I'm not sure I'm able to play through the pain for another four or five months.”

The Scotsman has won the beloved British tournament twice, and wants to finish his career in the place where he won his first ever Grand Slam.

He couldn't hold back the tears at the conference, after years of intensive physiotherapy and surgeries to try and maintain his status as one of the world's top players.

"I said to my team I think I can get through this until Wimbledon – that's when I'd like to stop playing,” he said.

Tributes have been coming in fast for the player and iconic feminist, among them is one from the infamous 39-time Grand Slam winner Billie Jean King;

Fellow player and BFF Nick Kyrgios posted a touching tribute to his 'brother' and 'old friend' Andy, and our hearts legitimately shattered;

Murray has become a low-key feminist icon after consistently defending female tennis players battling the notorious sexist in the sport, such as Serena Williams.

He has argued for women's rights in the sport in numerous press conferences, and has battled sexist questions from journalists throughout his career. SLAY ANDY.

During Wimbledon in 2017, Murray called on schedulers to give women more opportunities to play on the main show courts.

Let's not forget his unreal take-down of a reporter who claimed a male player was "the first US player to reach a major semi-final since 2009," even though Venus and Serena Williams as well as three other female players had achieved this.

YAS ANDY. SAY IT LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK

He's also renowned for his blunt Scottish wit;

We love you Andy, never change.

Congratulations for all that you've achieved in the tennis world, you'll be remembered as one of the greats.

Serena Williams has always doubled as an activist as well as an athlete.

Speaking up for women of colour, working mothers, and fierce females all over the world, the tennis superstar has a moving message to share.

The strong athlete released a chilling video in support of breast cancer victims and to raise awareness.

The camera opens on the gorgeous mum’s face, close-up and singing her own version of I Touch Myself into the camera.

It then zooms out to reveal Serena standing topless, holding her breasts with each hand and covering them from view.

The video was made “to remind women to self-check regularly”, the athlete explained.

“Yes, this put me out of my comfort zone, but I wanted to do it because it’s an issue that affects all women of all colours, all around the world.

“Early detection is key – it saves so many lives. I just hope this helps to remind women of that.”

She chose the The Divinyls hit to honour the death of celebrated diva, Chrissy Amphlett, who passed away from breast cancer.

As part of the I Touch Myself project, Serena said that Chrissy “gave us her hit song to remind women to put their health first.”

The project is led by Breast Cancer Network Australia and it continues to support breast cancer victims all around the world.

The mum’s powerful rendition reminds women how important it is to check themselves as regularly as they can.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK and effects one out of every eight women, according to Breast Cancer Care.

And is inspiring to see a major influencer for women like Serena using her position to make an impact in stopping the devastating disease.

Over the past 24 hours, a particular cartoon depiction of Serena Williams has been causing outrage online.

The cartoon, by The Herald Sun artist Mark Knight, shows the tennis legend smashing her racket in a rage.

The cartoon has been widely criticised as being sexist and accused of using racist stereotypes.

The newspaper's editor, Damon Johnston has defended the cartoon, writing on Twitter that it 'is not racist or sexist …. it rightly mocks poor behaviour by a tennis legend … Mark has the full support of everyone.'

High profile figures have criticised the cartoon, including author JK Rowling.

'Well done on reducing one of the greatest sportswomen alive to racist and sexist tropes and turning a second great sportswoman into a faceless prop,' she tweeted.

Knight denied that the cartoon was racist, telling 3AW radio's Neil Mitchell:

'It's a cartoon about poor behaviour … People said I’m racist because I drew Serena as an African-American woman.'

'I drew her as a powerful figure, which is what she is. She's strongly built.'

Serena Williams has since been fined $17,000 for her outburst at the US Open Final.

Serena Williams conquered the court in her gorgeous catsuit at the 2018 French Open in June.

However, some people seemed to disagree with the tennis star’s fashion choices.

French tennis officials have announced they will be implementing a new dress code, one that specifically bans Serena’s all-black bodysuit from the court.

In a recent interview with Tennis Magazine, French Tennis Federation President Bernard Giudicelli reportedly announced the regulation of player’s dress.

“I think that sometimes we've gone too far,'' he said.

Bernard continued on, specifically pointing out Serena’s spandex catsuit, saying: “It will no longer be accepted. One must respect the game and the place.''

The Tennis Federation president reassured athletes that Roland Garros' new rules will be nowhere near as strict as Wimbledon’s dress code, but tennis officials will be reviewing all outfit choices ahead of time for next year.

Fans are outraged at the recently announced restrictions and have flooded social media with condemning comments.

Allegations of sexism and racism have been spouted at the tennis association.

One Twitter user ranted: “What are the actual rules on 'acceptable outfits'? How much of this statement is racially motivated?  What’s about Anne’s white catsuit during Wimbledon?”

This year also marks the mum’s first return to the US Open since having her baby girl Olympia.

Serena previously gushed that her stunning catsuit helped fuel her confidence for her return to the tennis world, making her feel like a superhero.

“I feel like a warrior in it, a warrior princess … from Wakanda, maybe,” she told The Guardian.

This tutu sports dress is everything.

And it could not look as fabulous on anyone other than the dynamic Serena Williams.

But we can still try, right?

The fantastic ensemble is part of The Queen Collection, a creative collaboration by the Olympic gold medallist, Nike, and Virgil Abloh.

Virgil is the artistic director of Louis Vuitton's menswear, creative designer of the Italian fashion company, Off-White, and an absolute visionary.

Serena will be sporting the new collection during the US Open on August 27th.

The Queen line consists of a performance tennis dress with a tutu-like skirt that comes in both black and white.

It also includes a bag, jacket and three types of runners: the NikeCourt Flare 2 and limited editions of The Ten, Nike Air Max 97 and Nike Blazer Mid SW, according to NikeNews.

Designer Virgil was wholly inspired by Serena’s “powerful” presence, on and off the court.

“I was trying to embody her spirit and bring something compelling and fresh to tennis.”

The dress combines an athletic, spandex-like bodice with a tulled designed skirt.

“The dress is feminine but combines her aggression. It's partially revealing. It's asymmetrical. It has a sort of ballerina-esque silhouette to symbolise her grace.

“It's not about bells and whistles and tricks. It's just about it living on the body and expressing Serena’s spirit with each swing of the racket,” Virgil explained.

The sneaker editions are available in eye-catching colours of sparkling silver as well as pinks and purples.

Serena is a skilled and powerful athlete with a flair for fashion, making her the perfect model for The Queen Collection’s combination of “grace” and “spirit”.

Don’t worry, the collection will be available in select Nike stores at the end of this month with prices ranging from €110 to €790.

So, this autumn we can look almost as fierce as the queen, Serena Williams.

It is well known that the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, has a close friendship with tennis star, Serena Williams. The two have been seen spending time together on many occasions.

But how did they first meet? The pairs first interaction was reported to be during the 2010 Super Bowl in Florida.

Meghan said, "We hit it off immediately, taking pictures, laughing through the flag football game we were both playing in […] So began our friendship.”

The women stayed in close contact, grabbing lunch when they were in the same town and texting often with one another. The Duchess reflected on their friendship, saying “what connects us more than those things is perhaps our belief in exceeding expectations — our endless ambition."

As powerful public figures, we can see why this dynamic duo get on so well, and it was no surprise when Meghan was in attendance at Wimbledon two days ago. She turned up for her dear friend, Serena, cheering her on throughout the tournament.

Unfortunately, Serena’s loss was devastating, but her following speech portrayed her defeat as just a small obstacle. Through her husband’s (and Meghan’s) support she is determined to come back even stronger next year.

Serena explained that she and the Duchess have always encouraged one another. The tennis pro said, “Now she’s supporting me in a different role but our friendship is still exactly the same.” During Serena’s post-game speech, Meghan was spotted with teary eyes in the audience. She was proud of her friend’s performance and moved by her words.

Earlier this year, Serena also showed her support for the Duchess by attending her royal wedding with Prince Harry.

Serena said that their friendship has remained the exact same since the royal wedding.

It is fantastic to see two strong women be so uplifting. A genuine friendship is hard to foster underneath the public eye, but we are happy to see that Meghan and Serena have not wavered in their affection for one another.

Serena, who is a 23-time Grand Slam champ, made the big reveal by sharing a photo of herself posing in a bright yellow swimsuit. The caption simply reads: “20 weeks”.

This will be the first child for Serena and Reddit founder Alexis, who got engaged earlier this year after a 15-month romance.

The pair announced their engagement with a sweet post to Reddit (but, of course), featuring Serena showing off a whopper diamond on her ring-finger.

Recalling the Roman proposal, Serena revealed: “A carriage awaited…To escort me to my very own ‘charming’, back to where our stars first collided.

“And now it was full circle. At the same table we first met by chance. This time he made it not by chance, but by choice. Down on one knee, he said four words, and I said yes.”
