Love Island 2017 star Gabby Allen has confirmed that she is no longer in a relationship with Raksu singer Myles Stephenson after she found him "messaging another girl" on Instagram.

The couple had been dating since September of last year, with Myles moving in with Gabby in November of 2018 according to The Sun.

After 11 months of dating, Gabby called time on their romance after their relationship break ended following Myles' infidelity.

The pair had been on a break but the situation came to a head this week after she found some shocking messages to other women on his phone.

"Gabby suspected Myles had been messaging a girl a while ago, but he told her that one of his mates had used his Instagram account," the insider claims.

"Then when they were meant to be having space apart, Gabby caught him red-handed. She immediately ended the relationship," they added.

"She is shocked that it happened, especially after everything she went through with Marcel. She has made her decision and doesn't want to be with someone she can't trust."

Gabby has since confirmed that the rumours are true to her 1.1 million Instagram followers

"The newspaper articles are true. I am no longer in a relationship. I hope you've all had a better week than me! If anyone else has anything they need to tell me, please do. x"

Myles has yet to comment on the scandal, both the Love Islander and Raksu singer have deleted all traces of each other on their Instagram accounts.

Gabby previously talked about marriage to The Sun with Myles  "He’s amazing. He basically came to my house and never left. We can hear wedding bells. We talk about long-term stuff all the time."

Ex Love Island stars Arabella Chi and Wes Nelson have confirmed their romance after they were spotted getting cosy together on a Manchester night out.

The duo were pictured getting close while out clubbing, with photos showing the couple heading off to the Malmaison hotel on Thursday morning.

The pair went on low-key date to the cinema today, making their fling official. Rumours of 21-year-old Wes, from the 2018 show, and 28-year-old Arabella first swirled at the end of July.

The pair went on a romantic pizza date together back then, and new images obtained by The Sun show the couple walking hand-in-hand. It's almost as if they wanted to be pictured together, eh?

The model reunited with Wes when she returned from a work trip to Mallorca. The couple were later seen kissing at the table, and have been seeing each other ever since.

Arabella was voted out of the villa this year after only three days after catching the attention of 24-year-old model Danny Williams, who was coupled up with Yewande Biala.

Danny ended up dumping Yewande for the blonde bombshell, but she was voted off the next day by the public and her fellow housemates. Danny has since started another romance with Jourdan Riane

Wes coupled up with Megan Barton-Hanson in the 2018 series and the pair went on to date for six months before their bitter split over Dancing on Ice cheating allegations.

Arabella and Wes's relationship status comes as Megan appears Celebs Go Dating, getting emotional over her break-up with her Wes.

Megan said that she felt "embarrassed and betrayed" after finding out that he was sexting Love Island winner Amber Davies. Time will tell whether this is just another fling for Arabella and Wes.

A new study by eating disorder charity Beat suggests that dating app users are "more likely to have unhealthy attitudes to weight".

Those who use dating apps might be at a higher risk of controlling their weight through laxative use, fasting and vomiting, according to the research.

The American study is based on a survey of 1,700 adults. Beat stated that dating app users at risk of these habits needed to be offered support in order to reduce the risk of bad weight management habits developing.

Apps like OkCupid, Grindr, Tinder and Bumble have grown massively in popularity over the last couple of years, with men and women hoping to find romantic and sexual partners through swiping.

Physical appearance is one of the main attributes which dating app users evaluate when searching for a potential partner, with emphasis placed firmly on a person's image.

The study was published in the Journal of Eating Disorders, with researchers comparing the behaviour of those who used dating apps versus those who didn't.

Dating app users apparently have higher odds of engaging in six core unhealthy habits to control weight; vomiting, using laxatives, diet pills, using muscle-building supplements and anabolic steroids.

183 women and 209 men out of the 1,726 people surveyed claimed they used dating apps. Roughly half of men and women admitted to fasting in order to control their weight.

One-in-three men in that group and one-in-five women said they would vomit to control their calorie count. 40 percent of men and one-in-four women claimed to use laxatives…yikes.

The research also showed that men who used dating apps were more likely to use steroids and supplements to build up muscle, which isn't surprising considering the six-packs constantly displayed on reality shows like Love Island.

The lead author of the study from Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, Dr Alvin Tran, said they found higher rates of unhealthy behaviours among ethnic minorities, interestingly.

"While we do not know if the people in our study were already engaging in these weight control behaviours before using dating apps, we worry that the use of these image and appearance-focused services could exacerbate those behaviours."

He continued;

"With the tremendous growth in dating app usage in the US, and an increasing number of studies linking their use to body image concerns and unhealthy weight control behaviours, there is a need to further understand how dating apps influence health behaviours and outcomes."

Tom Quinn, director external affairs at Beat, said they welcome studies which can help to identify triggers of eating disorders.

"Not everyone who uses unhealthy weight control behaviours will have an eating disorder, nor will they get one, but such behaviours can contribute to the development of the illnesses for people who are already vulnerable and can prevent recovery for those who are ill."

He added; "It is important to note that this research does not prove a causal link between dating apps and unhealthy weight control behaviours.

"Nevertheless, it is important that dating app users who may be at risk of eating disorders are directed to sources of support."

We don't know about you, but we're mighty confused right now about Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse.

Rumours rocked the entertainment world this week, with E! News and Harper's Bazaar among others reporting that the Riverdale pair had split up after two years of dating.

The former couple are now trolling us all after showing a united front, proving that they remain close friends. They both took to Instagram to debut a stunning vampire photoshoot, taken just before they broke up;

The interview explains their relationship in their own words, with Lili hinting that #Bughead's relationship on the TV show may also be coming to an end.

Shutting down rumours that they couldn’t be near each other, both of them mocked the ‘inside sources’ criticising their relationship, claiming that they were avoiding each other at Comic Con.

Lili captioned the photo: "BREAKING: A reliable source has confirmed that none of you know s**t." Drag us, Lili. We deserve it.

Meanwhile, Cole chose to go down a darker route and joked: "UNPRECEDENTED: Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart consume the flesh of ‘reliable sources’ to fuel their bacchanalian sex cult.’" Plot twist?

The interview took place just before they called time on their relationship, confirming that they'd parted ways in the months following the chat.

Emphasising the fact that they were on unstable ground, the duo had their interviews conducted separately but insisted they were on good terms.

Lili told W Magazine: "At first, I didn’t want things private. "Now that I’m X amount of years in, I do appreciate the privacy we have, that Cole's encouraged me to take.

"No one knows how long we’ve been together, and no one will until we’re ready to say it. No one knows how we fell in love, except for our close friends and us," she added.

"It’s really special." Lili was catapulted into fame after getting the role of Betty Cooper on Riverdale

Cole mentioned privacy in his part of the interview:

"Until you go through the paces and the dating stages and know that something is right for you, I don’t think it’s appropriate to bring others in.

"But in all honesty, my own happiness and her happiness come before caring about what people are saying."

Love Island's newest star Francesca Allen is finding herself in hot water after an old tweet resurfaced referencing Caroline Flack's former relationship with Harry Styles.

The show host was once called "a dirty paedophile" by the store owner when she was just 16-years-old, so we can't be judging her too harshly. Presumably she never thought she'd meet the host as well.

The tweet from 2012 was written by Francesca's friend Paige Banks, who took to the social media site to share the message;

"Highlight of the day seeing Caroline Flack and calling her a dirty pedo with Francesca Allen hahaha."

Image: Twitter/@paigeebanks

Representatives of Francesca shared a statement to the media, which reads; "This was a historic tweet that has not come from Francesca directly.

"Francesca can’t reply as she is in the villa but she would be mortified if she was judged based on the actions of a 16-year-old friend. She has a lot of respect for Caroline and is looking forward to meeting her."

Many of us remember when Caroline and Harry Styles were first pictured together as a couple in 2011, with eyebrows raised due to their 14-year age gap.

Back in 2015, Caroline revealed the massive level of abuse she received once their relationship went public;

"It began to go wrong when Harry was pictured coming out of my house one morning," Caroline wrote in her autobiography Storm In A C Cup. "And once that was out, it was open season. After that anyone could say anything. In the street people started shouting at me “paedophile” and “pervert”."

The former couple dated for a few months throughout 2011 and 2012, after a 17-year-old Harry's "captivating smile" won 32-year-old Caroline over.

"I already knew he had a crush on me, he’d made it pretty obvious," the Love Island presenter said. "It was flattering and I found it amusing. He was a kind of cheeky man/boy with a captivating smile who got what he wanted."

Francesca is seemingly unaware of the furore surrounding the ancient tweet, considering she only entered the villa three days ago. She's already caused a stir and Maura sees her as Public Enemy Number One after she chose Curtis Pritchard in the recoupling.

Shouldn't everyone dismiss the old tweet as teenage nonsense? Imagine if the things we wrote on Bebo when we were 16 were published, yeesh. We'd be finished.

Oh, Yewande – what will we do with you?

You had everyone rooting for you and now they've had enough.

In some ways, I don't blame viewers for being fed up with her huffy, cold and downright rude treatment of Danny.

On the other hand, I totally empathise with how being crippled with insecurity can make you wanna jump ship before you're left heartbroken.

Self-preservation, right?

But she has been the perfect example of how you can f&ck up a relationship before you've en given it a chance.

Many fans of Love Island are saying that by repeating, ''Oh, Danny's head will be turned'' that she's GIVEN HIM A REASON TO HAVE HIS HEAD TURNED.

Self-fulfilling prophecy – that was until the other Islanders stepped in in last nights episode.

So Amber, Michael, Curtis, Amy, and Anna gathered round the scientist and gave her a much-needed kick up the arse about how she was acting around Danny.

They played out scenes showing her what she really looked like in her interactions – and it was brilliant.

The penny did seem to drop and Yewande dropped the mask of insecurity and asked Danny to talk.

He looked delighted as she promised to be more affectionate and they even had a kiss.

But fans of the show are not buying it- as the new girl, Arabella had taken Danny n date that day and they think Yewande was being fake.

One said, ''Yewande stated she knew that when someone else came in his head would be turned. I say he's heads been turned because of her behaviour and she's got no one to blame only her self.''

While another wrote, ''Everyone’s sending for Yewande “she’s only acting like that for Danny cuz Arabella came in” yet Molly acres the same way with Maura yet no one sent for her but okay.''

The preview for tonight looks like Yewande might have been right all along as Danny talks about the chemistry between him and Arabella – or is he just fed up of Yewandes attitude?

We'll be tuning in tonight to find out…

And it was far from how they acted together on screen.

Tom was speaking at a Universal Orlando event which centered on the opening of a new Wizarding World of Harry Potter rollercoaster, Hagrid's Motorbike Adventure.

I was seventeen the first time I fell in love.

It was with one of my childhood friends and we had what I now know was chemistry (at the time he was just constantly getting under my skin).

But when we started going out, everything clicked into place.

We fell into an all-consuming type of love, the only type you can have when you're 17.

It was the messaging under the covers at night/hungry kisses in my hall on a school night/naive and hormone-fuelled kinda thing.

Being a teenager in general, your world is small and that means that everything is heightened.

This person is suddenly your whole life and because it's the first time you're having these feelings…it's intense.

Things like jealousy rear their ugly head for the first time and this can cause dizzying heights and crashing lows.

When the inevitable heartbreak came, we were nineteen.

My whole world blurred and temporarily nothing seemed to make sense.

Being with your first love is a magical time and one that many of us just can't seem to let go of – but why?

Why do we have this bond?

So, this is the science bit.

When two people first meet, their bodies release a stress hormone called norepinephrine.

This is what makes you have the butterflies in your stomach, heart pounding away in your chest, the whole works.

Researchers at Arizona State University College also found this cool thing – the hormone makes events burn into your memory.

You know the way you can remember specific kisses or conversations you had but what happened the day before is a blur?

They discovered a link that causes these strong emotions to form a specific sensory experience.

In other words, when you get around that person again, their presence causes those old memories and initial feelings to come flooding back.

It's not that you don't forget about them; when you see them again, those old feelings of first love can return.

So it looks like first love is the deepest – in a literal sense as it's carved out what you think love should look like.

We never learn as much from a relationship as we do from our first serious one and because of that, they will never fully leave us.

In the words of writer Daphne du Maurier, ''I am glad it cannot happen twice, the fever of first love. For it is a fever, and a burden, too, whatever the poets may say."
