Tyga has been in a lot of hot water lately, and now it seems like Kanye is bailing him out.

The rapper has just announced that he has signed Kylie Jenner's beau Tyga to his G.O.O.D. Music record label.

Kanye revealed the news during his pop-up show at New York's Highline Ballroom at New York Fashion Week last night.

For Tyga's last album, The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty, he self-released it through his Last Kings label, but that obviously didn't work out too well for him.

Let's hope this works for both of them!

From working together on Camp Rock as well as the hit song Avalanche, we already know Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas make a great team.

And now the former Disney co-stars have announced the launch of their new record label, Safehouse records.

A week previously, Demi left us in suspense following a teaser she posted to Instagram depicting pens and two contracts, complete with the caption: "Big news coming very very soon!!!!''

Their record label has been set up with the help of Island records and Hollywood records, a grouping through which Demi will release all of her future music.

So fucking excited…. We did it @nickjonas @philymackinc!!!!!! #SAFEHOUSERECORDS

In a statement, Nick and Phil said: "Our focus at Safehouse records is to put artists in control of their art while providing them the best tools to manage their careers. Through our partnership with Island records they will also have access to the best marketing and promotion available."

Demi also took to Instagram to thank her manager, Phil.

"When so many others had given up on me, he never did," she said, referring to her previous battles with alcohol and drugs. "He told me he cared too much about me to watch me self-destruct."

Last but not least… Phil McIntyre. This man not only believed in me when I was 15 and made my entire career happen, but he fought so fucking hard to get me sober. When so many others had given up on me, he never did. He told me he cared too much about me to watch me self-destruct.. Therefore at the very end of my drinking and using he gave me one last chance.. Get sober and he'll stay, or he'd have to leave. He did that out of love. Not out of a money hungry I-don't-give-a-fuck-about-the-artist kind of way… But he cared so much that instead of being the kind of person in this industry who could care less about my well being and continued to make money while I was spiraling, he stood his ground and said "If you do this I will fight this battle with you every step of the way." I knew I couldn't let go of him not only as a manager but as an extremely important person in my life who genuinely cares about me. He is one of the very few people who LITERALLY saved. my. life. I don't think I'd be alive without him for many different reasons. Before I finish…. He'll never take the credit either yet he deserves ALL the credit IN THE WORLD. So many other managers out there will try to become the artists themselves by putting their name out there just as much as their artist by doing interviews or photoshoots… But Phil is one of the most HUMBLE and hard working people I know. I can't wait for our future together Phil. I'm SO GRATEFUL FOR YOU!!! Love you SO fucking much. #bestinthebiz #safehouserecords #thankyouphilmcintyre

There is bad news for Lily Allen this week after it was revealed her record label has gone under.

The singer started ITNO (In The Name Of) back in 2011 in partnership with recording giants Sony, and signed successful singer Tom Odell.

A source told The Sun that Lily had been hopeful for the label: “Lily had bright hopes but it simply hasn’t worked out. She hoped by now to have an array of top talent on her roster but it’s quite the opposite.”

A spokesperson for the star said: “In the meantime she is very happy that Tom Odell’s records will be released on Columbia, who were the distributors for ITNO.”

However, Lily continues to be very interested in the music industry, and identifying new talent in particular, as her spokesperson said she will be announcing a new role soon: “Lily will shortly be announcing a new signing/consulting role for another label.”

The disappointing news about the ITNO label comes not long after Lily’s fashion company, Lucy In Disguise, was forced to fold.

Let’s hope 2015 is a little bit better for Lily’s business ventures!
