Reality star treated in hospital after hit and run
It seems that some stars really have no filter when it comes to what they post on their Instagram accounts.
RaMona Rizzo, star of VH1’s reality show Mob Wives, proved that perfectly last night as she took to her social media account to share hospital bed selfies after being involved in a hit and run.
According to reports, Rizzo was struck by a car while crossing Fifth Avenue in New York earlier this week, with the driver proceeding to flee the scene.
Rizzo is reported to have suffered internal bleeding in the incident, and was rushed to hospital for treatment for her injuries.
Despite being bed-ridden, that didn’t stop Rizzo from updating her fans on her progress with a series of perfectly-posed selfies.
“Flashback Friday…last night laid up in bed…Gonna try to get out 2rw…Hit n Runs no jokes & I seriously hope the police find the person who did this! Thank u again 4 all the [love] & support [sic],” she wrote.
It is believed that the NYPD have launched an investigation into the incident.
