He’s not long home from a jam-packed trip to Ireland, but already Mel Gibson is busy talking baby number nine.

In September this year, the Braveheart star confirmed that he is expecting his first child with his partner of two years, champion equestrian vaulter Rosalind Ross.

Appearing on Good Morning America today, the 60-year-old director joked about the physical effects of having so many children.

“I’ve got stretch marks, man,” the star told show host Michael Strahan.  “I’ve got stretch marks.”

The actor – who is currently celebrating his tenth year of sober living – has one daughter and six sons with Robyn Denise Moore, to whom he was married for 26 years, and one daughter with Russian pianist Oksana Grigorieva.

Remove your extensions and fake lashes ladies, because if you do, you could be in a chance of working alongside Mel Gibson.

According to a casting notice, Mel is looking for female extras in Ireland to work on his new movie, The Professor and The Madman.

But, you have to be totally natural which means ditch the hair dye, the lashes, the extensions and tan – and definitely no HD brows.

They're specifically looking for females who are 5'3 – 5'8 in height, with a 26' – 28' waist and a bust size of 34' – 36'. Oh, and you must fit into a size 8-10.

The casting call reads: ""No fake tan or nails. Hair must be natural colour- NO DYED HAIR. Hair must be medium or long in length –No shaved heads or undercuts. No plucked/shaved eyebrows or obvious tattoos and body decorations."

Not fussy at all, eh?

The movie also stars Sean Penn and Natalie Dormer. If you fancy applying for it, check out here.

It seems like Mel Gibson is having some great 'ol craic in Dublin.

Over the past two weeks he's been spotted in various restaurants, at the Panti Bliss play and has enjoyed some down time on the streets of the city with his girlfriend.

And last night, the man himself hopped on stage in the Abbey Theatre.

Mel Gibson is in Dublin, and it seems like he's having a great ol' time.

The actor is in the capital for the next EIGHT weeks to film The Professor and The Madman alongside Sean Penn (yep, here's also here ladies).

But it's not all work for the Hollywood star, as he took some time out on Monday night to enjoy some food in FX Buckley's on Pembroke Street.

The restaurant shared a photo with the star and captioned it, "When Mel Gibson is in Dublin he eats at FX Buckley.

"He has kidneys and a medium rare fillet."

He hasn’t always been in the headlines for the best reasons in the past, but thankfully, it’s all good news for Hollywood actor Mel Gibson this weekend.

The 60-year-old is set to welcome his ninth child into the world, with girlfriend Rosalind Ross.

A representative for the Mad Max star confirmed the news to People, saying that the couple are ‘so excited’ to welcome their first child together.

“Mel loves being a dad, and he and Rose can’t wait to be parents together. The last two years have been some of the happiest years he’s ever had,” the rep added.

While this will be the first child for Rosalind, Mel is already father to eight children: a daughter and six sons with ex-wife Robyn Moore, and a daughter with former partner Oksana Grigorieva.

Gibson and former equestrian star Rosalind have been dating for two years now.

What an exciting time for the couple! We’re wishing them all the best with their journey to parenthood.

Mel Gibson is no stranger to fatherhood, and now it seems he may be welcoming another child into his already impressive clan.

The actor is reportedly expecting a child with his girlfriend, 24-year-old writer Rosalind Ross. Although Mel's team have yet to confirm the news, sources say it seems likely.

"Rosey [Rosalind] suddenly gave up drinking about a month ago," an insider tells New Idea magazine. "And while she won't admit she's pregnant, she's not denying it either."

If the pregnancy news is true, it seems to be a welcome development for Rosalind, who apparently wants to be a 'young mum' and 'have three or four children.'

Although this will be the first child for Mel and his new girlfriend, he already has eight children from previous relationships.

The Braveheart star and his ex-wife Robyn have seven children together aged between 17 and 35, with their eldest daughter Hannah born just months after they married in Australia in 1980.

Mel and Robyn split in 2006, and the actor went on to have another child, Lucia, with Russian pianist Oksana Grigorieva.

The couple's one-year relationship ended in a court case after Oksana alleged Mel had physically and verbally abused her during their relationship.

She was awarded $750,000 (€647,000) in the settlement, along with a house in California to live in with Lucia until the young girl turns 18, at which point the house must be sold and the proceeds placed in a trust fund.

Over the past few months, there have been numerous rumours of who will take on the roll as the new James Bond.

But over the past five decades, six actors have stepped into the boots of the 007 agent.

Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig have all portrayed the courteous and courageous secret agent in over 24 Bond movies.

With Spectre due to be released later this year, we look back at the actors who nearly made the cut.

Michael Caine

After Connery departed in 1967, Michael Caine was up to play the secret agent. According to BBC America, Michael was anxious he would be typecast after he played a spy in The Ipcress File. The role went to George Lazenby for a one movie stint; and back to Sean Connery for the two films to follow.

Clint Eastwood

We think Clint would have been a good one! The actor was another favourite up to play the iconic role after Sean Connery, but later turned it down. Talking to the Daily Mail he said, "I was offered pretty good money to do James Bond if I would take on the role. But to me, well, that was somebody else’s gig. That’s Sean’s deal.”

Mel Gibson

Mel was turned down to play the part after reports of him being too small and too famous. Former screenwriter for Bond movies, Tom Mankiewicz admitted to the press that he was told by one of the producers, "I don’t want to make a Mel Gibson movie; I want to make a James Bond movie.” Tough luck Mel.

Liam Neeson

Ah, our favourite action hero's of all time. Liam was offered the role over twenty years ago but turned it down because of his late wife! Natasha Richardson told the actor that is he accepted the role, she would refuse to marry him. We do like a man that listens to his wife.

Hugh Jackman

Hugh admitted that playing the role of James Bond was not an easy one to give up. When he was offered the part over eight years ago, he turned it down because he was just about to film X-Men 2.

Henry Cavill

Henry nearly achieved the role in Casino Royale but ultimately he was viewed as too young, and the part went to Daniel Craig. In a post written on the British actor's website, he wrote, “I obviously wasn’t right for Bond."

Mel Gibson's publicist has strongly denied claims he physically assaulted a female photographer outside a cinema in Sydney last night.

Speaking to Syndey's Daily Telegraph this morning, photographer Kristi Miller alleged the US actor turned on her after she took a photo of him leaving the Palace Verona cinema with his new girlfriend Rosalind Ross.

"I took a photo of Mel and his girlfriend and when I turned around he shoved my back really hard," Ms. Miller said.

"It shocked me because I wasn’t expecting it. I don’t know if it was his hands or elbow… I thought he was going to punch me in the face."

Describing the alleged attack, Ms Miller, said the actor was "spitting in my face as he was yelling at me, calling me a dog, saying I’m not even a human being and I will go to hell. He swore and called me a c**t. It was non-stop, he didn’t even breathe."

The story was widely reported in Australian media this morning, but Mel's publicist has denied there was any physical contact between the Braveheart actor and Ms. Miller.

"Basically Mr Gibson and his friend [Ms. Ross] were being harrassed by this photographer and he asked her repeatedly to stop, which she did not,” he told Guardian Australia. “There was never any physical contact whatsoever and the story being told by her is a complete fabrication of the truth.”

Police in the Surry Hills area of Sydney told media they were investigating reports that a male "became involved in an altercation with a photographer outside a cinema on Oxford Street" yesterday evening.

Mel and Rosalind had been at the Palace Verona to watch David Oelhoffen’s 2014 film Far From Men. The actor is living Down Under as work commences on his fifth directorial project, Hacksaw Ridge, starring Andrew Garfield as Desmond Doss, a conscientious objector during WW2.

This incident is not the first time Mel has been accused of physical assault. Back in 2011 he reached an out-of-court settlement with former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, who is also the mother of his five-year-old daugher Lucia.

Ms. Grigorieva claimed the actor has physically and verbally abused her during their relationship. She was awarded $750,000 (€647,000) in the settlement, along with a house in California to live in with Lucia until the young girl turns 18, at which point the house must be sold and the proceeds placed in a trust fund.

The cause of death of former child star Skye McCole Bartusiak has been revealed.

The actress was found dead at her home in Texas back in July. She was aged just 21.

At the time it was thought her death could be linked to a medical history of epileptic seizures, but a new report shows the cause of death as "an accidental mix of painkillers and muscle relaxants".

The results also showed evidence of difluroethane in her system – an inhalant found in household products which is used to get high by "huffing."

Skye's body was found by her boyfriend in the garage apartment next to her parents' Houston home. She was sitting up in bed, leading her mother to believe she may have had a seizure and choked.

The young woman was best known for her role alongside Mel Gibson in The Patriot in 2000, aged seven. Her mother described her as "a kind and really beautiful girl" who had "lived such an amazing life."

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes actor Gary Oldman caused quite a stir in Hollywood with his recent Playboy interview.

He made his opinions on political correctness VERY clear, bringing up Mel Gibson’s recent run in with a Jewish deputy who arrested him and said the star was making anti-semantic remarks:

“I don’t know about Mel. He got drunk and said a few things, but we’ve all said those things. We’re all fucking hypocrites.

“That’s what I think about it. The policeman who arrested him has never used the word nigger or that fucking Jew? I’m being brutally honest here. It’s the hypocrisy of it that drives me crazy. Or maybe I should strike that and say “the N word” and “the F word,” though there are two F words now.”

He didn’t stop there though! According to him, Hollywood is “run by Jews”:

“Mel Gibson is in a town that’s run by Jews and he said the wrong thing because he’s actually bitten the hand that I guess has fed him — and doesn’t need to feed him anymore because he’s got enough dough. He’s like an outcast, a leper, you know? But some Jewish guy in his office somewhere hasn’t turned and said, “That fucking kraut” or “Fuck those Germans,” whatever it is? We all hide and try to be so politically correct. That’s what gets me.”

Oldman must have seen the error in his ways though, as he’s just released a statement saying how “deeply remorseful” he is over his “insensitive” comments. We bet he is!
