Jurassic World

We'd be pretty nervous to ask Arnold Schwarzenegger anything, tbh. Have you seen the size of him? He may be 70 but he's no old-age-pensioner, that's for sure.

Chris Pratt has opened up to Extra about his nerves when it came to approaching The Terminator for his blessing to marry his daughter, Katherine.

The 39-year-old admitted he was 'a little nervous', but was determined to go things the traditional way.

The intimidating Predator star, now Chris' future father-in-law, was approached by Chris shortly before he proposed to Katherine during the New Year.

The Jurassic Park actor spoke about his appreciation for the conventional method of engagement and marriage;

"Well, I think any person who appreciates the tradition and asks a father for his daughter’s hand in marriage, it’s inevitably something that’s going to make you a little nervous. ‘But that’s sort of the beauty of it."

Luckily for Chris, Arnold already thinks he's 'fantastic', and sang his praises last week.

"That was really fantastic. She is so happy, they both are so happy. As I said to him, he is such a likable guy. I love Chris — he’s fantastic." He added: "Chris is a wonderful guy. They both look really great together, they’re both happy together, so I wish them both the best of luck.’"

Chris announced their engagement at the beginning of 2019, saying he was 'so happy' that his future wife said yes.

Speaking to US Weekly about the ceremony, the actor shared: "A little, you know, maybe fall, winter kind of thing and you know, we’ve got a lot to get done."

He was previously married to actress Anna Faris, but they officially divorced in 2018. He has been with Katherine Schwarzenegger for a few months, and the pair are clearly in love.

Chris Pratt is reportedly all set to have wedding bells ringing, according to UsWeekly. The Jurassic World actor met his new girlfriend Katherine Schwarzenegger only months ago, but is so in love that he's ready to tie the knot already.

Well, they're living life in the fast lane, eh?

The 39-year-old actor is apparently so in love with 28-year-old Katherine that he has been turning down acting work simply to spend more time with her. Now that's commitment.

Schwarzenegger and Pratt were first spotted in June on a date, but they have been an item for a significantly longer period of time according to RadarOnline.

Pratt was also seen bonding with her famous father Arnold Schwarzenegger recently, and the couple were apparently set up by Katherine's mother Maria Shriver.

Even though the pair have only dated for six months, their friends seem convinced that marriage is inevitable for them.

People also that it seems pretty likely that Pratt will put a ring on it soon. “They’re such a great fit together,” the source explained.

“It’s only been a few months but Chris and Katherine are both very serious about the relationship and their friends wouldn’t be surprised if they got engaged sooner rather than later."

Katherine has spent time with Chris’ family and they all love her too. She fits in really well with them and vice versa.”

Chris was formerly married to actress Anna Faris from 2009 until this year, and the pair share joint legal and physical custody of their six-year-old son Jack.

Faris has since moved on, and is dating her Overboard cinematographer Michael Barrett.

We hope both couples are happily loved up, it must be intimidated to date The Terminator's daughter though… just sayin'

While the film game in 2015 was strong, there was also some seriously stunning movie posters to match.

Seriously, we would hang half of these on our wall as art!

So whether you even like the film or not, check out our favourite movie posters of 2015:

7) The Martian

Who could say no to that FACE though.

6) The Lobster

It's always impressive when a poster says a lot about a film, but doesn't give the game away.

We love the vintage feel to this one.

5) Jurassic World

This poster impressively picks up on a strong theme in the film, that humanity cannot overpower nature.

But apart from that, this is just an awesome visual.

4) Crimson Peak

Artsy and creepy – this poster says everything you want to know about the film.

And it kind of freaks us out.

3) It Follows

A spine-tingling film that pays homage to old horror classics brings a welcome retro feel to it's poster.

And with that hook line, this is more than enough to get you into the cinema.

2) Magic Mike XXL

We know what we want from these films and this poster is not afraid to give it to us.

Definitely one for the ladies.

1) The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2

Perhaps the most anticipated movie of 2015 really delivered an amazing visual for it's poster.

This image of Katniss sitting on Lord Snow's throne still gives us chills.

Jurassic World now holds the world record for having the biggest opening weekend in history. It may have been twenty years since the last instalment of the movie franchise, but that didn't affect its popularity two decades on.

The film, which opened on Friday, knocked The Avengers off the top spot having grossed over €480m in its first weekend.

It was clear that Jurassic World was going to have a huge opening but the film surpassed the profit expectations by a few million.

This movie sees Chris Pratt as a velociraptor trainer and Bryce Dallas Howard as the dinosaur amusement park’s operations manager, and is by far the best debut in the Jurassic Park franchise.

This record also provides Universal Pictures with its biggest opening of all time which pushes the company over the $2 billion mark for 2015 grosses.

Jurassic World cost €140m to make and features some amazing computer graphics which create the dinosaurs. The Jurassic Park franchise was previously directed by Steven Spielberg, who stayed on as executive producer for the latest film.

This much anticipated movie has received extremely good reviews since opening on Friday and has appealed to all ages. It has created a sense of nostalgia for people who grew up watching the old ones and the huge publicity around the film appealed to a younger crowd too. And let's face it, Chris Pratt being the lead character probably dragged more than a handful to the cinema too.

Now… to wait for the next one!

That’s right folks, there are TWO beautiful redheaded actresses dominating the box office these days – despite some serious confusion.

Aside from their glorious hair colour, Bryce Dallas Howard and Jessica Chastain really do look remarkably alike.

So much so that there is now Jessica Chastain: The Musical (Bryce Dallas Howard), a hilarious short YouTube video created by Legolambs.

Pretending to be sung from Bryce’s POV, the song begs for people to be able to differentiate between the two actresses.

It opens, “everything was going so well, this just isn’t fair. I was here first.”

The star of the forthcoming Jurassic World movie hilariously got in on the joke after a friend sent her the video which she then passed on to Ms Chastain.

The 34-year-old daughter of Ron Howard did a Dubsmash with the song and sent it to Jessica who posted it from her own Instagram.

Everyone get it yet? : ) performance by #BryceDallasHoward not #JessicaChastain

A video posted by Jessica Chastain (@chastainiac) on

“Jessica was like, ‘OK, this is totally a thing. We need to use this power for good, and do a movie together playing sisters,’” Ms Howard told reporters at the Los Angeles premiere of Jurassic World.

As if the pair starring alongside each other in The Help didn’t confuse us enough, playing sisters will seriously get everyone’s heads spinning
