The grisly home where Charles Manson's cult brutally murdered Rosemary and Leon LaBianca in 1969 is up for sale at the moment, and who wouldn't want to live there?

The retail price is set at a cool $1.98 million (€1.78 million). The house is a definitive part of the pop culture landscape and is most likely haunted, so it's in demand.

The potentially haunted gaff is the setting where Charles Manson's followers killed Leno and Rosemary LaBianca on Manson's orders, the day after they murdered Sharon Tate in 1969.

If you're into your old Hollywood luxury as well as your macabre Netflix murder documentaries, then boy is this the home for you. If you've got a spare $2 million hanging around, that is.

According to The Washington Post, the two-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home has been on the market for the last two weeks, just in time for the premiere for Quentin Tarantino's latest film, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

Sharon Tate, wife of Roman Polanski, features in the film (portrayed by Margot Robbie), which people have criticised for insensitivity.

The 50-year anniversary of the murders is also almost here, and the last time the property was on the market was in 1998.

Redfin real estate agent Robert Giambalvo says that interest in the property is relatively high, because people are weird and seem to get a high from homes people painfully died in.

“It’s just such a calm, peaceful, serene environment that I don’t think anybody cares about what happened a long time ago,” Giambalvo told the Los Angeles Times.

“The first showings were yesterday, and I already have several people telling me that their clients are preparing to make an offer.” Okay Sir, whatever you say.

The property realtors advise that anyone interested in the house does their homework.

“We don’t want somebody to go into escrow and find out 10 days, 15 days later that there was the event that happened 50 years ago. And then they don’t want to buy it because of that,” Giambalvo explained.

“We just wanted people to make offers with their eyes wide open.” Why not give it a try? It'll be like sleeping in the well from The Ring, or the mansion from The Haunting of Hill House. What fun.

Few films captured the hearts of a generation quite like the 90s classic, 10 Things I Hate About You.

After all, who could forget the scene where Heath Ledger pranced around the school bleachers in the ultimate exclamation of love, or when Julia Stiles broke our teenage hearts with her emotionally charged love poem.

It was cinema magic, and to be honest, it's still one of our all-time favourite girls night flicks.

And now, an iconic piece of film memorabilia could be all yours, because the gorgeous Victorian house, and home of the Stratford sisters', has just gone on the market for the first time in 30 years.

Complete with the original woodwork, cosy entrance hall, fully-functional bar, and the quintessential wrap-around porch, this lavish Washington property could be yours for cool $1.6 million (€1.3 million) – which, by Dublin price standards, isn't actually half-bad.

Here's exactly what you'll get for your money:

We've got to admit, we don't hate it. Not even close, not even a little bit, not even at all.

From The Notebook’s Noah and Allie to Titanic’s Jack and Rose, if Hollywood’s good for anything, it’s producing fantasy worthy relationships.

Since Twilight has become the unlikely love story of the millennial generation, it’s no surprise that fans of the franchise are obsessed with each and every detail of Bella and Edward’s wedding.

From November 19 to 20, an extensive Twilight themed auction will be held online which will allow fans to bid on the original props, costumes and set decoration pieces used to bring the vampire saga to life.

Among the 900 items being sold by Prop Store and Summit Entertainment is Bella Swan’s wedding hair pin and sizeable engagement ring.

Since replicas of the ring have sold almost €1,500, it is expected that the real deal will go for twice that sum.

For the truly obsessed, Bella and Edward’s wedding costumes will also be sold in both their clean and blood-stained forms, as will her bridal bouquet and New Moon bracelets.

Anyone up for a Twilight wedding?

Just a year after purchasing her LA home, Kylie Jenner has put her first house back on the market with the intention of making a million dollar profit for her decorative efforts.

According to the Daily Mail, the makeup guru’s five-bed, six-bath home is for sale for a cool $3.9 million – that’s $1.3 million more than she bought it for.

And just like your standard starter house, Kylie’s gaff comes equipped with all the basics: movie room, glam room, walk-in wardrobe and shoe room.

The teen icon is trading in the luxurious monochrome home – which she spent months decorating with interior designer to the stars Jeff Andrews – for a bigger model.

She has reportedly bought a $6 million mansion in the Hidden Hills – the same area where momager Kris and sister Kim both live.

Her new home not only has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, it also has a pool, four-car garage and a wine cellar – all for the girl who’s not even old enough to drink!

Everyone and their granny knows the Playboy mansion and its reputation for throwing the most lavish and, erm, erotic parties in Hollywood.

But it seems that all of it might be coming to an end soon. TMZ has reported that Hugh Hefner is selling the Playboy Mansion, with an asking price of €200 million.

The 29-room home sits on nearly five acres of land across the hills of LA, and is going to be listed in the next month, sources say.

But, it doesn't mean it's the end. If Hugh decides to sell the house, it would be under a stipulation, meaning Hugh will be able to live in the house as a condition.

The house as first built in 1927 and the entrepreneur bought the house back in 1971 for only €1m.

The mansion has also appeared in numerous TV shows and movies including Entourage, The House Bunny and Sex and the City.

We’ve always fancied ourselves as king of our very own castle.

And now it seems that our dreams could yet become reality – if we manage to come up with an EIGHT-figure sum, that is.

Yes, a wholly-romantic, castellated mansion with perfectly spectacular views of the surrounding Dublin coastline is currently on the market for an eye-watering €10.5m.

Dating from the Victorian era, Inniscorrig in south county Dublin’s plush Dalkey also has its own private, working harbour (one of only two private harbours in the capital) with direct sea access.

For when friends visit (and you know you’d suddenly be EVERYONE’S friend) there is a lodge house.

Otherwise the main abode stretches to 536sq metres and still has five generous bedrooms; so plenty of room for all really. Including the shoreline, the grounds  additionally amount to 0.4 hectares.

Built in the mid 19th-century by renowned Dublin physician Sir Dominic Corrigan (who is commemorated in a granite bust over the front door), Inniscorrig was actually constructed as his summer retreat (as you do).

Guests included Kings Edward VII and George V of England (fancy) – and those visits have been commemorated by a crown and star set in pebbles into the patio terraces on either side of the front door.

In more recent time, William Harvey du Cros, a co-founder of the Dunlop tyre company, lived there in the early 20th century.

And in the 1970s, businessman Dermot Smurfit resided in the mansion with his wife Caroline and their children, including actor Victoria Smurfit, who has starred in the likes of The Beach, and About A Boy.

As well as stunning Italianate gardens, there is a decked terrace leading to a lawn terrace: we’re envisioning plenty of chic parties al fresco. Speaking of which, the property’s boat house would be perfect for a soiree.

Inside, the master bedroom suite comes complete with a dressing room and bathroom and there’s a cinema room on the ground floor for when you fancy a cosy night in.

Furthermore, for your security and convenience, electric gates are in place (natch) at the property's entrance.

In moving to the area, you'll also be counting the likes of Bono, Van Morrison, Ryan Tubridy, The Edge, Enya, and Pat Kenny among your new neighbours.

Should you be interested in a viewing, Inniscorrig is for sale through Sherry FitzGerald and the Christie’s International brand.

She is an icon all over the world for her incredible acting talent and ability to perform in so many roles, and now Katharine Hepburn’s home is up for sale

The estate in Old Saybrook in Fenwick, Connecticut was home to the actress for more than 65 years and it became her haven, describing it as “paradise” in her memoirs- although it is not hard to see why.

The house is located 200 miles of New York, has its very own beach and dock with the surrounding land held in trust. There are six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and seven fireplaces – sounds like a perfect party pad!

It is currently owned by Frank J Sciame who purchased it from the actress three years after her death.

If you do go for it , expect a few visitors as according to Frank: “People still drive by sometimes, trying to have a look. Even our friends, when we bought it, they all wanted to come and take a look around. Katharine loved it, her family loved it, and you get a real sense that the people who have been here for so long have all enjoyed it, too. The house has great karma.”
