A Reddit user has shared the most moving list of things cancer patients will miss the most when they pass away. The emotional post really opens your eyes to just how valuable the little things are like kisses on the cheek and the smell of flowers.

The user shared: “The things my patients say they'll miss the most are NOT seeing the World Landmarks, buying fancy things, that new car, "living it up" party style, etc.”

The patients didn’t care about visiting Paris or seeing their favourite band in concert. The things they were going to miss were simple but so meaningful.

The full list reads:

Watching my sons throw a baseball

Listening to my grandparents tell stories

My girlfriend surprised me with a kiss on the cheek

Holding my wife in my arms knowing there's nowhere in the world I'd rather be

Gram's Sunday dinners and the whole family getting together

My dog

Seeing my fiancé smile and feeling his arms wrap around me

My daughter running to me when I get home

The smell of flowers and rain

The day I got married. I said I never would. And then I met her. And now I have to leave her.

Smelling the fireplace on Christmas morning with the family

All my friends

Watching my family sleep

The rush of weekday mornings. I know it sounds crazy, but I'll miss it. I'll miss the coffee, the crowded bathrooms, my wife's quick peck goodbye, the kids forgetting their lunch.. you get my point.

Rain. Is that weird?

The heartbreaking list shows you that at the end of the day it isn’t about money or glamour, it’s about the people you love, those simple moments you experience every day, but ones you’ll miss more than anything when your time on this planet comes to an end.

Nora Quoirin's family have issued an emotional statement following the discovery of the 15-year-old's body in Malaysia yesterday.

Nora vanished from the resort in Dusun on Saturday, August 3 and her body was found 10 days later near a small stream roughly 1.6 miles from the resort.

A post-mortem is being conducted today to determine the cause of death. Writing an emotional letter, her family thanked those who had helped in the search.

The schoolgirl has lived with learning difficulties after being born with a rare brain disorder named holoprosencephaly. Her grieving family spoke of how she "truly touched the world";

“Nora is at the heart of our family. She is the truest, most precious girl and we love her infinitely,” they said.

“The cruelty of her being taken away is unbearable. Our hearts are broken. We will always love our Nora.”

“We would like to thank all the people that have been searching for Nora and trying their best to find her,” the statement added.

“To all our friends and family at home, we can’t thank you enough for all your love.”

Hundreds of people were involved in the search for the missing girl, who disappeared without a trace. A window downstairs had been left open.

Nora’s aunt and uncle raising more than £100,000 online to help in the search.

At a press conference held on Tuesday, August 13, deputy police chief Mazlan Mansor told reporters Nora’s body was winched by helicopter to a hospital mortuary.

The body “was not in any clothings” and that the police were looking into all possibilities including the “angle of criminal investigation”.

President of Ireland, Michael D Higgins, and his wife Sabina were among those to offer their “deepest condolences” to Nora’s parents and her family.

"I didn't know I would cry. I was live for a minute or two before this moment," Jessie explains "But it's important to be open that we are not always done up and feeling 100."

The 30-year-old is trying to set a good mental health example for younger and older generations, saying; "In a time and a world (especially the social world), sadly vulnerability is often seen as weakness."

She captioned the post; "I’m not posting this for sympathy. Im posting this for anyone who needs to see it (I needed it). This video is from yesterday. I woke up, feeling kinda off. I sat at the piano (which I’ve been avoiding) knowing it will bring some stuff up."

"I’m making it up and feeling my real feelings. I went live as I wanted to share with you guys the moment. I didn’t know I would cry. I was live for a minute or two before this moment. But it’s important to be open… All of us have our days. Yesterday was one of my weird emotional days."

"The younger generation are almost being taught to hide their real feelings behind a perfected edited image. Hence why anxiety and depression in kids is through the roof and only carries to their adult life if it doesn’t change."

"One of the biggest killers in men under 30 is suicide," she said, nothing the shocking statistics, especially for the male gender, who account for eight in 10 suicides in Ireland every year.

"We push our feelings to the bottom of our energy and hope it goes away. It won’t. Don’t define yourself on it. But stand with it, process it and learn from it. Find YOUR happiness. No one can make you happy but you. People can contribute. But ultimate happiness comes from within. It’s a personal journey."

She concluded; "I have said time and time again in recent years I don’t want to be a role model but I want to inspire. To anyone young or older. Let your sadness/pain/grief out. In your OWN way."

The singer has been open in the past about her struggles with grief and sadness, especially after the recent death of her head bodyguard over the New Year.

The video is hugely emotional, and we hope it inspires her fans, young and old, to allow themselves to be vulnerable. With the digital age, mental health statistics for young people are worse then ever.

Lady Gaga SLAMMED Dr Luke's lawyer during her deposition in September 2017, where she tearfully defended singer Kesha's allegation that Dr Luke sexually assaulted her.

The deposition was recently unsealed and released by The Blastwith the lawsuit centring around Kesha's claims against the music producer and her attempt to escape her recording contract with Kemosabe Entertainment.

The A Star Is Born singer's lawyer warned Dr. Luke's lawyer that Gaga was experiencing PTSD as a result of her own traumatic memories of sexual assault.

"I just want everyone to understand that, as she has publicly stated in other contexts, as a sex abuse survivor…there are trigger events, and this deposition has proved to be a trigger event for Ms. Germanotta."

Her lawyer stated; "She has experienced in the past few hours some PTSD reactions which is causing some trauma and emotional reactivity. So she is crying now, the record will reflect."

Dr Luke and Kesha's ongoing legal battle has been much-publicised, especially following the emergence of the Me Too era.

In the deposition, Gaga was requested to speak about how her and the Rainbow singer met, and what herself and Kesha spoke about after Gaga witnessed her in her underwear in Luke's studio.

Gaga explained;

"What we discussed was, what I recall was her immense sadness and depression and fear. She was visibly very different than when I had seen her before, and–but I can't say specifically what we spoke about. I just recall it was emotional and I wanted to be there for her."

Dr Luke's lawyer questioned Lady Gaga on her "personal knowledge or information as to any interaction" between the producer and Kesha, and if the incident has damaged his reputation.

Gaga elaborated fiercely on why she believed Kesha, who claims Dr. Luke abused her consistently.

In her own words, Gaga said:

"That was an image that–of something that happened to me, and I felt and knew in my heart that she was telling the truth, and I believe her….Yes, I do have knowledge. She told me he assaulted her…Well, you know–when men assault women, they don't invite people over to watch."

"And when this happens in this industry, it is kept extremely secret, and it is compounded by contracts and manipulative power scenarios that actually include this very situation that we are all in right now," she said.

When Gaga was quizzed about the possibility of being falsely accused of rape, Gaga hit back at the lawyer;

"You–how about all of the women that are accused of being liars and how she was slut shamed in front of the world, how about that?…I have factual knowledge of the spiral that I watched that girl go down."

"I have factual knowledge of trauma. I am informed and intelligent about this issue. That girl has experienced serious trauma and she is in the middle of the right now. And you are all a party to it."

Gaga became frustrated at the lawyer after he asked her if she was present when the alleged assault happened. She responded;

"Why on earth would this girl tell the entire world this happened? Why on earth? Do you know what it’s like for survivors? Do you know what it's like to tell people? Don't you roll your eyes at me. You should be ashamed of yourself."

Dr. Luke has since hit back at Gaga after she sat through the heartfelt deposition defending Kesha.

An attorney for Dr Luke said in a lengthy statement to The Blast: "Being passionate about a topic that concerns us all is admirable. However, Lady Gaga has no knowledge of what happened on the night at issue because she was not there."

It continued: "Kesha got kicked out of a party after drinking too much and vomiting. As an act of kindness, Dr Luke offered to allow her to sleep in his hotel suite, a few blocks away. Kesha slept on the bed in the hotel suite, while Dr Luke separately slept on the couch," the statement continued.

"Dr Luke testified under oath that he did not have any contact with Kesha. Kesha herself admitted under oath that she has absolutely no memory of Dr Luke even being in the hotel room."

"Kesha has no memory of Dr Luke engaging in inappropriate contact with her because it did not happen," it finished.

Lady Gaga has been outspoken of her repulsion of Dr. Luke and abusers in the industry, but has yet name her own abuser.

Ariana Grande is releasing a new docu-series, Dangerous Woman Diaries, in which she opens up about her emotions surrounding the "horrendous" terrorist bombing at her concert in Manchester last year.

Grande has spoken before about how the event has forever changed her, and she has now penned a letter expressing her devastation one year on from the heart-breaking tragedy.

The global pop sensation had only just finished her set at the Manchester Arena in May of 2017 when a bomb was detonated in the foyer, killing 22 people as they were leaving the concert and injuring another 500.

She has chosen to share a highly personal letter to her fans, and the series has already released four episodes, the final one depicting her pain and sorrow after the incident.

"I'm writing to you this February 22, 2018," she writes. "It's been eight months since the attack at our show at the Manchester Arena. It's impossible to know where to start or to know what to say about this part."

"May 22, 2017, will leave me speechless and filled with questions for the rest of my life."

"Music is an escape," she continued. "Music is the safest thing I've ever known. Music—pop music, stan culture—is something that brings people together, introduces them to some of their best friends, and makes them feel like they can be themselves."

"It is comfort. It is fun. It is expression. It is happiness. It is the last thing that would ever harm someone. It is safe."

"When something so opposite and so poisonous takes place in your world that is supposed to be everything but that…It is shocking and heartbreaking in a way that seems impossible to fully recover from."

Though Grande was thankfully unharmed physically in the attack, she has described her symptoms of PTSD following the bombing.

She boarded a private plan to Florida, so she could be with her grandmother, before co-organising the One Love Manchester concert for victims and their families, where herself and then-boyfriend Mac Miller performed.

Her fans will now get a behind -the-scenes look at the concert, with footage of Ari singing Somewhere Over the Rainbow to be aired.

Her letter went on to preach about the power of not letting hate win in times like these:

"The spirit of the people of Manchester, the families affected by this horrendous tragedy, and my fans around the world have permanently impacted all of us for the rest of our lives. Their love, strength, and unity showed me, my team, my dancers, band, and entire crew not to be defeated."

"To continue during the scariest and saddest of times. To not let hate win. But instead, love as loudly as possible, and to appreciate every moment."

"The people of Manchester were able to change an event that portrayed the worst of humanity into one that portrayed the most beautiful of humanity."

"'Like a hand print on my heart,' she quoted, using her favourite musical Wicked as inspiration;

"I think of Manchester constantly and will carry this with me every day for the rest of my life."

Emotional tributes and forms of creative protest have been occurring worldwide for the 17-year-old woman involved in this week's Cork rape trial, which saw a female barrister use the young woman's underwear as evidence against her.

According to the barrister, the woman's lace thong proved that she was 'open to meeting someone and being with someone', leading to the organisation of mass rallies in support of the victim.

The 27-year-old man accused of raping her in an alleyway was acquitted of rape following barrister's Elizabeth O'Connell's finishing statements.

Among the tributes to the young woman is a hauntingly beautiful rendition of a song, penned by a young woman of similar age to the girl involved:

The video, which was shared on Twitter by her brother John Gaughan, has been steadily gaining in views since it was uploaded.

The lyrics echo the sentiments of outraged women all over the country, who are refusing to accept that underwear can play a part in consent and can also be used as evidence in a court of law.

"What are you wearing underneath? Isn't for you to see unless I want that to be, is that clear?"

"No please, can you stop? That should be enough for you to f*cking wise up, is that clear?"

"Consent is what we're told, at 17-years-old, is what we wear underneath our clothes. Victims become accused of the crime they didn't do, responsibility is abused."

"We shouldn't have to fear for this to happen to us or someone that we love, is that clear?"

"Something has to change with the mindset of today, it's still not clear."

Anger has spread around Ireland as well as in other countries around the world as a result of the latest controversial rape trial.

ROSA and Ruth Coppinger TD have both requested that strikes occur as a form of protest against the handling of sexual violence cases as well as consent and Irish sex education on International Women's Day.

A review of the handling of sexual assault cases in Northern Ireland been released today, stating that members of the public be excluded from such trials following the high profile Belfast case.

The report, written by retired judge John Gillen and states that access to trials involving serious sexual offences should be confined to close family members of the complainant, the defendant as well the media.

In the Republic of Ireland system, rape trials are already closed to the public.

It remains to be seen if any positive consequences will occur as a result of the protests, we hope improvements can be made for the sake of sexual assault and rape victims in Ireland.

Dating in this day and age is an absolute mind field.

We have to navigate and hopefully dodge catfishers, serial ghosters and players – just to name a few.

It may come as no surprise when you reach your 30s, you can look back on your history with 'fond' memories of the trials and tribulations of the dating world.

A post shared by Caroline Flack (@carolineflack) on

Our main Love Island hun, Caroline Flack has done just that.

In a candid letter to the "men of her thirties", the presenter gets real about the ups and downs of relationships.

After she detailed the nitty gritty (cough, cough Harry Styles), she paid a beautiful tribute to her fiance, Andrew Brady.

A post shared by Caroline Flack (@carolineflack) on

Penning the letter for Cosmopolitan magazine, the 38-year-old said:

"I dated friends and I dated younger men and I dated men who were hopelessly inappropriate and it was all… fun."

"Dating as a thirty-something woman felt more powerful than dating in my twenties – and all you guys made me see that," she continued.

A post shared by Caroline Flack (@carolineflack) on

"By your thirties, you’ve survived heartbreak, you’ve survived long, messy relationships, you’ve survived unrequited love and maddening love that leaves you tired and confused and willing to give it all up. Those are important things to have gone through and survived."

"People talk about meeting someone and feeling as though you’ve known them your whole life. That’s what it felt like when I met you… We laugh until we cry. I’ve never had that before – with anyone.

"Every other relationship I’ve had has only been about love, but with you it’s about friendship, too. It’s what I’ve been looking for," she wrote.

A post shared by Caroline Flack (@carolineflack) on

"My life was complete before you came into it – a man doesn’t complete your life. But I wanted to make room in it for you. I look at you and I think, Yes, Andrew, you’re the one I’ve been waiting for," she concluded.

Sorry, we were just sobbing.

The pair announced their engagement in April and here's hoping that we'll get just as lucky in love.

He might be best known for his playboy ways on MTV’s Geordie Shore, but if Gary Beadle’s latest conversation with Lillie Gregg proves anything, it’s that the Newcastle native is a big softie at heart.

During a heartfelt conversation which was filmed for the latest series of Ex On The Beach, Gaz was reduced to tears as he confessed the realities of breaking up with Lillie, whom he had dated for a year.

Despite much speculation that Gaz had left Lillie to reunite with Charlotte Crosby, when asked by Lillie why they really broke up the 28-year-old reality star admitted that he had felt forced to choose between his career and their romance.

He said: “That was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make in my whole entire life.  Our relationship or my work.”

Describing life in front of the camera as “the only thing [he’s] any f*cking good at”, Gaz told his model ex: “I had to pick what I thought was best for me at the time.  As hard as that was, it meant leaving you.”

He then apologised to Lillie for how he treated her and her family after their split, an admission which brought both Lillie and Gary to tears.

“I’m sorry for the way I treated you after.  I’m sorry if I didn’t message your family because they’ve been nothing but nice to us,” he said.

During the strikingly real conversation, Lillie also told Gaz that the best memories of her life have been with him.

Through tears Gaz replied: “You made me realise that there’s more to life than what I was doing.”

“People who say I’ve changed, it’s because of you.  I can never thank you enough for that.”

Since splitting with Gaz late last year Lillie has been linked with Celebrity Big Brother winner Stephen Bear but now that that relationship has come to a dramatic end, could a reunion be on the cards for Gaz and Lillie?

For now, we’ll have to wait and see.

Pop sensation Selena Gomez might be smashing her current Revival world tour but unfortunately that doesn’t mean the star is feeling totally herself.

Last night the singer got real with fans at her Indonesian concert and later used Instagram to share her emotions with the world in a heartfelt post.

According to Billboard, Selena appeared to get a little teary on-stage as she explained to her audience why the song Kill Em With Kindness is so important to her.  She said: “I get really frustrated. I get stupid sometimes.”

“I say things that I don’t mean, or that come out wrong just because I care so badly. But the thing is, at the end of the day, no war in anger was ever won.”

“I do know that deep down in my heart that I have to believe that we can love each other and always be kind no matter what it takes in us.”

While it’s not totally clear what sparked the star’s emotional presence, she later took to Instagram to say she “felt extremely unauthentic, unconnected to both myself and my music”.

Selena – who has just turned 24 – wrote: “I've never really felt like my materials, wardrobe or a video could define me. I act on a moment and fear something that hasn't happened.”

“I'm stagnant, I stay still and don't just sit with myself first and ask 'is this where I am, whole heartedly?'”

“I've always told the truth. I'm always true to my word, I've shown who I am but I need to rethink some areas of my life creatively and personally. had to get that out."

The post was captioned: “not being negative about anything I've done. I'm grateful for every single moment I get here – Indonesia you were LOUD and clearly inspiring. Love you so much.”

The Good For You singer has received an abundance of support from fans since the post first appeared with one writing: “I know you'll probably never read this but i, and all selenators, love you so much and will always be here for you no matter what. Please stay strong and don't loose that smile who stays us alive (sic).”

And another said: “Thank u for sharing. I think we all have those inauthentic moments. Your authenticity will rise above again. Sometimes we just slip into an inauthentic space (sic).”

Chloe Grace Moretz has opened up about how filming If I Stay took its toll emotionally.

The film tells the story of Mia, a girl who has an out of body experience and has to decide between waking up after a car accident, to a life very different to what she had before, and not waking up at all. The trailer is enough to set us off, so we can only imagine what it was like during filming!

“It was very personal, and very emotional, i spent weeks having to imagine the loss of a family and that was very hard 2 do (sic).”

Poor Chloe! It must have been such a huge change from her previous films Kick-Ass and Carrie, though she says she loved it:

“We had so much fun going to concerts and hanging out on weekends as a cast, also we went xmas shopping (sic).

“I truly loved every single person, bc we played a family we became very close (sic).”
