Summer is in full swing – and we're looking to some of our fave fashion influencers for style inspiration for the coming months.

Yellow is having a major moment – so when we spotted the stunning Ashley Kehoe in this polka-dot printed yellow number, we had to have it.

Ashley proved that this piece is a complete day-to-night transitional dress, donning it for influencer duties at Blossom Hill's launch for their collab with Feel Unique in The Cliff Town House, before rocking it to the launch of The Vodafone Comedy Festival in Camden Street's Opium Rooms.

Ashley's dress is from dresses.ie, our favourite haunt for nabbing the latest styles without breaking the bank.

The yellow dress is one of their best sellers, featuring long, fluted sleeves and a double tiered skirt.

The Mustard Sheer Bell Sleeve Tier Skirt Tie Dress is only €29.00, so it's super affordable – especially for the amount of times we plan to wear it.

Ashley opted for a casual denim jacket and lace-up block midi heels for her OOTD – complete with a Gucci Marmont handbag.

We can see this guna looking gorge with white tennis shoes and a baker boy cap, or teamed with high barely-there heels and a statement belt.

We’re well and truly in the midst of summer, and even though that doesn’t always mean days of sunshine, it does mean that we have an excuse to shop for new clothes.

We'll admit it; we like staying in our comfort zone.

Nothing too sparkly, nothing too backless, nothing to bright. To be honest, most nights out consist of 'jeans and a fancy top'.

So, in an effort to change that, we scoured the Dresses.ie website to see what they have in store, and to hopefully up our 'fancy top' ensembles.

Oriental

One of the biggest trends for high summer is Oriental. Think soft, satin material, tight bodycons, high necks and pretty prints.

For a summer night out, a wedding or anything in between, we'll definitely be ditching our fancy tops for this.

The Slip

Now, this isn't anything new, but many of us have shied away from slip dresses because 1) we live in Ireland (i.e. rainland) and 2) we're afraid it'll show all of our lumps and bumps.

But, don't be afraid because this one won't cling and hangs softly on your body. Pure 90s vibes as well, which is always a plus.

The One Shoulder

If you just have to go for a 'fancy top' then you need to try this one. Don't be afraid to wear a one shoulder top either, because it's coming back into fashion in a big way.

The perfect statement for a hot day at the beach, or drinks with the girls.

ONE SHOULDER TOP
€29.99

Bardot

Bardot tops and dresses are another style that have been around for a while now, but this summer, you'll notice everything going a bit… lower, and sexier.

If you want to try out the trend, this is the perfect dress to start, as it hold everything in. And the mesh detail is pretty fabulous too.

With an ominous wind blowing through our near-empty bank accounts last month, shopping wasn’t exactly high on our list of priorities in January.

(Sleeping and waiting for this cold, broke and miserable vibe to blow over was.)

But with the first pay check of the New Year landing in our laps in recent weeks, we’re back on form when it comes to a little retail therapy, and thankfully dresses.ie has us covered.

From band tees to floral creations, we’ve let our imaginations run wild in recent days, and despite being more than willing to blow an entire month’s salary on a new wardrobe, the good folk behind the website won’t have it.

With skater dresses going for just €29 and duster jackets a steal at €40, we think we’re millionaires with all this leftover moola lying around.

And without further ado, we give you our top picks.

Choker Neck T-shirt Dress €16.00

At just €16, this versatile piece is an absolute steal.

Whether you team it with skinny jeans and ankle boots or opt for the bare leg look, the choker neck T-shirt dress will see you through the entire year.

Floral Embroidered Skater. €29.00

We're suckers for a skater dress here at SHEmazing! HQ, and we are all over gorgeous number.

Dress down with flat ankle boots or dress up with a pair of heels, and let this dress see you from your desk to the bar in no time.

Waterfall Belted Duster Khaki €40.00

Summer or winter, we're always on the look-out for a coat which will see us through most seasons, and it looks like we're finally sorted.

Elegant, stylish and the perfect finish to almost any outfit, this is one piece we can't wait to get our hands on it.

High Neck Black Floral Mini Dress

While we may be finally free of the long bleak month that is January, that doesn't mean we're free of the weather.

With that in mind, we're all over this long-sleeved, high-necked dress which would look incredible with ankle boots, thick black tights and your slickest leather jacket.

Khaki Bomber Jacket €14.00

At just €14.99 (down from €27.00), this khaki bomber jacket is, in anyone's language, an absolute steal.

After spending a year trying to find the perfect one, we've only gone and done it now.

There’s nothing like picking up a fashion bargain online – and then having the package delivered to discover a perfect fit.

And while we’ve long been huge fans of dresses.ie – it launched in 2007 – for serious style steals, lately we’ve fallen in love with the site all over again.

That’s because it’s been given a snazzy overhaul and now looks oh-so sleek.

The same celebrity-inspired fashions are all still there in dress form, along with a smattering of tops, skirts, and jackets for those looking for something a little different.

An Irish brand, it also wins points for being really affordable; even the more upmarket/event dresses come in at under €100, while a load of stock is priced at €40 or less (hurrah!).

Here, SHEmazing! takes a peek at our favourite pieces from revamped site…

Paper Dolls navy and white 2-in-1 dress, €80;
Chi Chi floral print Bardot red midi dress, €80;
Kim draped midi dress in maroon €49
